The FitFrek Score reflects overall experience — not just how strong it feels.
This feels more like a “cutting pre” than a gym hitter. You’re not wired or rushing to lift, but your head stays locked in while hunger fades into the background for hours.
The contrast is controlled, calm focus vs missing that aggressive drive or intensity you’d expect going into heavy sets.
Bottom line: A calm, focused experience that keeps you mentally dialed in, but lacks the urgency and physical push for hard training days.
