Didn’t get any high energy, work horse mode from it, I felt like I could train even without it. Good points are that Beta alanine is crazy strong and lasts for could 40 minutes. Pumps are good. Flavor cherry Kiwi is naturally sweetened, it’s nice and sweet at first but after taste is just too bitter. I get it, its clean product but I couldn't care less about it when it doesn't deliver good performance nor taste good
