Bottom Line

RPN Havoc is a designer prohormone that helps with users gain lean mass while simultaneously burning fat.

Doses between 20-30mg per day will help increase size and strength.

The side effects are harsh but they can be prevented with a solid PCT supplement.

Havoc is beginner to intermediate made for cutting and strength gains.

I recommend Sapogenix, a potent plant-based steroid mix of anabolics that doesn't have any side effects.

Supplements have come a long way.

From protein powders to pre workouts, you have all kinds of ways to up your game.

Here we're not talking about supplements, this is a designer prohormone.

Prohormones are not anything new.

They've been around for close to 2 decades now and the rules may have changed but the hardcore has remained in the market.

While Havoc by RPN looks like a supplement that can be sold alongside multivitamins, it is actually considered to be a designer steroid.

It isn't a natural supplement.

Havoc contains a synthetic steroid that's commonly banned in sports.

This prohormone touted to ignite dry hard gains without increasing estrogen.

While it isn't as strong as Nanodrol, it is a decent start and has been a decent prohormone for years now.

While this supplement is referred to as a prohormone, it's technically a designer steroid.

It is an AAS (anabolic androgenic steroid) as it has the steroid methylepitiostanol, also known as epi or epistane.

Methylepitiostanol is made from epitiostanol, a drug used to fight breast cancer in japan due to its antiestrogen properties.

Epitiostanol can't be sold over the counter so by attaching a methyl group to the 17th carbon position, allowing it to be taken orally.

Since this is a relatively new change, it wasn't included in the Anabolic Steroids Control Act of 1990.

The company behind Havoc is RPN, Recomp Performance Nutrition but the strange thing is that they don't have a website or online presence which they once had years ago.

Since the 2014 Designer Anabolic Steroid control, this has been listed as 2a3a-epithio-17a-methyl-5a-androstan-17b-Ol, making it illegal in the U.S.

Epistane: The Dry Prohormone Paint

Prohormones can be split into two categories, wet and dry gains.

Methylepitiostanol is considered to be a lean gaining prohormone with fat burning benefits.

It's the main and only ingredient contained in RPN Havoc.

While Havoc is a designer steroid, it is generally considered to be a entry level prohormone.

The gains aren't as big but it is a strong aid for cutting and will help preserve lean mass even under a strict diet.

And one thing that appeals to many users is that it has anti-estrogenic effects, making it useful to fight off the feminie effects of some hardcore steroids may have, like water retention and increased breast issue.

How Does Havoc Work?

The one compound in Havoc works by binding to androgen receptors, increasing protein synthesis, red blood cell count and nitrogen retention.

While it does have anti-estrogen effects, there are some side effects that users should be aware of.

Epistane isn't meant to be taken orally, thus creating incredible stress on the liver.

A post cycle supplement is a must for protection and organ health.

And after 4 weeks of use, testosterone levels will take months to be back at normal levels.

Worst case scenario testosterone may never return to normal.

But that's why you need to use a on-cycle supplement, as well as a post cycle to ensure your body returns to normal as quickly as possible.

And a supplement like Enhance can help boost the testosterone production.

Side Effects

Like with any strong prohormone, side effects are certain and they can vary.

The stronger the prohormone, the worse the side effects.

This is expected as you can't force your body's hormones to spike without downsides.

Commonly this is what Havoc will have:

  • Testosterone suppression after cycling
  • Lethargy
  • Liver toxicity
  • Dry joints

A cycle support supplement is a must and should help protect your liver against the effects of Havoc.

Alcohol and other substances that put stress on liver must be avoided at all costs while cycling through Havoc.

Cycle

Each dose in Havoc is 10mg of methylepitiostanol.

This means you'll be getting 30mg per day by following the label's direction of taking 3 pills per day.

Some people go over this and take 50mg, but this is where the risk for side effects increase.

It isn't worth risking your health over a few pounds of gains.

A cycle lasts anywhere from 4 to 6 maximum.

The upside is that Havoc has anti-estrogen effects.

It can be used for any goal, cutting, gaining or maintaining.

But since it's toxic on the organs, we would recommend using these safe legal steroids here instead.

We recommend using Enhance and Rebirth as a stack to optimize test levels post cycle and using an on-cycle to ensure protection.

How To Take Havoc

Directions on Havoc suggest taking 3 pills per day, for 4-6 weeks.

Ideally it works well when used during or after steroid cycles since Havoc has potent anti-estrogen properties.

But since it is harsh on the liver, it will cause literal havoc on organs when stacked with other steroids.

It's best to use Havoc on it's own along with a PCT to protect your organs.

on-cycle and a PCT would be optimal to provide the best protection for your health.

Results With Havoc

One thing that must be expected with Havoc is the stress and toxicity it will inflict on your liver.

It won't have crazy muscle growth effects like typical steroids would but it will help you cut like crazy.

Your physique will be sculpted to the details even if you're overeating as some reviewers have experienced this.

Lean dry gains are going to be visible.

Strength and muscle gains are barely noticeable however.

So RPN Havoc does work for dry gains however the side effects are often noticed as well.

Where To Buy Havoc

Back in 2009, Havoc was available everywhere.

Now it’s been outlawed since 2014, there’s only one retailer that sells it from the UK.

And that’s PredatorNutrition.

You won't find this anywhere in the States, not legally anyway.

Final Words

Epistane is one strong prohormone that's meant to help with dry gains while decreasing estrogen.

It will put your body in an anabolic state but it will also put stress on your organs.

A PCT is a must when cycling with Havoc.

The risk may not be worth it as it doesn't increase strength or size but it still does help with cutting.

And the anti-estrogen effects are also a plus.

Usually Havoc is stacked with steroids but this can increase side effects and may not be worth the stress and toxicity that’s placed on organs.

Overall, it is an entry level prohormone that will help transform your physique into a lean machine.

We recommend using Rebirth PCT with it.
