Tbh I was scrolling on my phone against the advice of stop using blue light screens before sleep, yet despite that Sueno still made me sleepy and I felt like I how phone is getting heavy and my hands loose. I put the phone away and then I was out like a light. Didn't wake up though the night, there was no weird dreams, just fast forwarding to next day and waking up fresh not feeling groggy, as if I didn't even take sleep supp. Overall very recommended.
