Simple, yet hard hitting, high energy pre workout. Caffeine +Alpha Yo Bomb!

It’s one of my go to pre workouts when I’m looking for heavy workout sessions when I need to hit PR’s, aggression, high energy, short and sweet. It kicks in relatively fast. I’d say, energy and urgency kicks in, along with beta alanine at the same time. It’s a proprietary blend, but who cares when it works, with just lil 5 grams scoop. It will wake you out of the dead, turn you into work horse. Sometimes I use 6 grams of it and stack it with Insane Labz' Bloodbath for pumps, since Psychotic itself is stims only blend. I'm very used to this pre thus I don't get any side effects from it, including side effects from alpha Yo. No death feeling, no alpha yo nose runs or side effects for me. Heart rate will be elevated though out the workout even between sets. 400mg of caffeine and probably 2 mg of Alpha yo contributes to that. It's definitely a high stim hitter a notch below Psychotic SAW edition in terms of strength. Stim junkies can go straight to full scoop, for beginners or individuals who are sensitive to Alpha Yo, definitely start with half scoop. As GGH said this tiny scoop ain't no punk and packs a punch.

Flavor I have is fruit punch. It’s nice. No chemical after taste or bitterness. İnsane Labz flavoring sistem usually is very solid. They use old school regular flavors, like fruit punch, grape, watermelon and etc. Price point is very affordable. It’s 35 servings and for 34$. Best bang for your buck. It’s a solid choice for who likes high stim pre workout and Alpha Yohimbine.

Psychotic SAW edition is the strongest Insane Labz pre out there its surely not to be underestimated.

Experience: Took it on empty stomach, 1 scoop is exactly 6 grams, paired it with Bloodbath. Beta tingles comes strong and stays for good 30 minutes. Energy builds up pretty fast. Stimmed up feeling kicks in 15 minutes and keeps building up to hour. Aggression, Focus, Drive, Rage, Explosiveness. It has it all. It puts you in a demon mode, I was training non-stop, mentally and physically you are ready to go right after set is done. Alpha Yo hits hard, you are not gonna question if it’s there or not. Insane Labz knows how to do alpha yo pre. For me I don’t get alpha Yo cold chills or nose runs that much. I’m gonna go on a limb and say it’s as good as Egde of İnsanity, if not better on focus department. It has some cons which is cardiovascular endurance, it’s not that great, post-workout I felt still stimmed the heck up. It’s stays with you for good 3-4 hours no signs of fading away. Also after workout I was salivating, spitting and had that clenched jaw feeling. That happened to me only with Juiced, weirdly enough. But nothing like surviving mode or something. If you are sensitive to Alpha Yo, you might wanna try with half scoop. I’m gonna run it next time with 5 grams.

Overall: Very good choice for high stim pre workout which does not have illicit ingredients. It’s better than Psychotic red and as good as Egde of İnsanity
