If Crack OG and Maniaco had a baby, but that baby was meaner and smoother at the same time, you’d get Doomsday Destruction.

This stuff is unreal for stim junkies who want something with real force, but not chaos.

This is the new DMHA pre-workout from Koka Labs, the same company behind Dexter Halloween.

The formula feels fresh, intense, and just different.

I’ve run Doomsday five different times in the past few weeks.

Here’s how it actually felt, no sugarcoating.

Heads up, this review isn’t polished for your typical pre workout users, it’s written for the real stim junkie crowd.

🔥 Quick Take (Summary):

  • Euphoria: Wild. Better than Maniaco, better than Crack OG.

  • Energy: Controlled, smooth, but hits hard.

  • Focus: Tunnel vision. Genuinely locked in.

  • Crash: Barely noticeable. Sleep not affected.

  • Appetite: You will NOT want to eat for a while.

  • Pump: Minor, but drive makes up for it.

  • Price: Only available at a couple stores. Hard to find in the US.

  • Formula: Clean DMHA, plus whatever version they cooked up here.

Pros & Cons

Pros:

  • Euphoric energy that actually lasts

  • Clean focus, not scatterbrained

  • No ugly crash, even when I took it at 9 or 10 am

  • DMHA feels authentic, not watered-down

  • Keeps you motivated for the entire session

Cons:

  • Not a pump product, don’t expect crazy vascularity

  • Hard to eat after

  • Hard to find in the US (grab it at NutriCartel)

  • Probably not for beginners

Who Should Take It (and Who Shouldn’t)

If you’ve run through most high-stim pre-workouts and need something new, this is for you. If you’re sensitive to stims, skip it.

If you want all-day energy and euphoria but don’t want to feel cracked out or anxious, this hits the mark. Not for daily use. Not for first-timers.

Honestly, don’t even bother if you haven’t built up a tolerance. If you think taking a stim break means dropping to 200mg caffeine, you should run the other way.

Ingredients Breakdown

Main callout here is dmha. Not the same as dmaa, but it feels like the closest you can legally get right now.

There’s also caffeine, feels like around 300mg or more, and some exotic stimulants Koka Labs won’t fully list.

There are minor pump ingredients, but honestly, this isn’t a pump formula. You get drive, not nitric oxide. Expect to sweat, grind, and move fast.

How to Use It

I dosed a full scoop every time. Started feeling it by the 25-minute mark. Best taken 30 minutes pre-workout, with water only.

Don’t stack it with other stims or fat burners. Do NOT double-scoop.

Learned that the hard way, almost scooped again the second time because the come-up was so clean I thought I could handle more. Glad I didn’t. Could’ve ended up looking like a TikTok before and after meme.

I took it early in the day (9 or 10 am). No sleep issues at night, even after using it more than once a week.

Don’t take it if you plan to eat right after, appetite tanks hard. Second run, I figured I’d train fasted then eat a monster breakfast. Nope. Food sounded like an alien concept. Stared at a protein bar for ten minutes and bailed. Didn’t feel hungry again until way later.

Final Verdict: Is It Worth It?

I’ve tried everything from Maniaco to Crack OG to Dexter Halloween.

Doomsday is different.

You might feel slightly spaced out an hour later, nothing brutal, but enough to notice you’ve peaked. Not a negative, just part of the ride.

Heavier, but not chaotic. Smoother, but not soft.

After five sessions, the euphoria never faded.

The only downside, you won’t feel superhuman forever.

After two hours, you come down gently, like a “nice try, champ” from your nervous system.

But that’s honestly a relief.

Who wants to be buzzing all day?

If you want a real-deal dmha pre-workout with a smooth ride, and you can find it in stock, it’s a must-try.

Unlike some overhyped pres, this didn’t leave me feeling flat or cracked out, just clean.

Right now, you can grab it at here:

Don’t abuse it. I’d honestly keep it for special sessions, once a week. It’s that good.
