Quick Verdict
What it is A stimulant-free, multi-ingredient performance formula built on PeakO2, epicatechin and elevATP.
My result Over 2+ months: stronger pumps and fullness, better endurance, easier recovery, less next-day soreness.
Best for High-volume lifters who want something they can actually feel, on top of the basics.
Bottom line The muscle builder you can feel β€” but "noticeable in training" isn't the same as "proven extra muscle."

Build gave me effects I could notice during training. Used consistently for more than two months β€” often during my workout β€” I experienced stronger pumps and fullness, better endurance, easier recovery between sets and noticeably less next-day soreness. Breathing and oxygen uptake seemed to hold up better during difficult sessions.

PeakO2 targets exercise capacity and oxygen utilization, elevATP targets cellular energy, and epicatechin is studied around blood flow and myostatin-related signaling β€” though that last one is marketed harder than the human evidence supports. SenActiv and AstraGin round out the performance and recovery layer.

Build is a supplement you can feel, but it works best on top of the basics: creatine, protein, calories and progression.

On epicatechin: it shouldn't be described as definitively "blocking myostatin." It's better described as an ingredient studied for possible effects on myostatin-related signaling, strength and blood flow, where the available human research is limited and context-dependent.
Pros & Cons
Pros
Noticeable during training
Strong endurance effect in my experience
Better pumps and muscle fullness
Better between-set recovery
Reduced next-day soreness in my experience
No caffeine; 60 servings at one daily
Works before training or as an intra-workout
Cons
Effects are still subjective
Does not prove additional long-term muscle gain
Epicatechin marketing exceeds the human evidence
Only two flavors
Two daily servings cut the container to 30 days
Not a replacement for creatine, protein or calories
How to Use Build

Official direction:Β one scoop with 8–10 oz water, 30–60 minutes before training, with an optional second serving immediately afterward.

My preferred use: I found Build more useful during the workout than after it, so I used it as an intra-workout β€” that's where the endurance, pumps and between-set recovery were most noticeable.

Who Should Take It β€” and Who Shouldn't
High-volume / high-frequency lifters Want stim-free endurance & pumps Value between-set & next-day recovery Already have creatine, protein & calories covered Want a noticeable effect without caffeine Skip if you're still a beginner Skip if budget & basics take priority Skip if you expect it to directly add muscle Skip if creatine, protein, sleep or progression aren't handled Skip if you only want a basic post-workout drink

Final Verdict
Build is the muscle builder in this range you can actually feel: noticeable pumps, endurance and recovery over two months of use, all without caffeine. Just be clear on what that means β€” it supports training performance and recovery, which help create the conditions for growth.
It does not, on its own, prove it added muscle tissue, and it doesn't replace creatine, protein or calories. Used on top of the basics, it's the more defensible buy of the two muscle builders.
FitFrek score: 8.5/10.
FAQ
Does Build directly build muscle? β–Ό
It may support training performance and recovery, but my experience does not prove that it independently added muscle tissue. It works best alongside creatine, protein, calories and progression.
Does it have caffeine? β–Ό
Build contains no caffeine or listed stimulants, so its timing is more flexible than a caffeinated pre-workout.
Can I use it as an intra-workout? β–Ό
Yes β€” that's my preferred use. The official direction is 30–60 minutes pre-workout with an optional post-workout serving, but I found the endurance and recovery most noticeable using it during the session.
Build or Growth? β–Ό
Build for most people β€” it's noticeable in training, while Growth's phosphatidic-acid effect was subtle or absent in my eight-week test. See the Growth vs Build comparison.
