This was one of those PWO that you could taste the entire workout, defenitly an illicit taste. After I consumed it in about 15 minutes I felt it, it was actually building up strong but in a different way other than other PWO. The taste and smell were not good, you can taste the DMAA or DMHA in it. The best part of this was the pumps, it was a 9/10 when it came to the pumps, it gave the energy for about 2 hours but then that was it after my workout I was ready for bed and actually went to bed. the focus was all over the place I couldn't stay focused on one thing I kept going from exercise to exercise and couldn't just focus on one exercise.
