David vs Goliath

Smooth

Quick Verdict

Feels like A cleaner, more aggressive Crack OG-style experience with some of Deliverance's mood lift.
Best for Experienced stim users who want urgency, workout drive and mission-mode focus.
Avoid if You're new to high-stims, stimulant-sensitive, react badly to alpha-yohimbine / rauwolscine, or want a daily driver.
Test depth Repeated workouts with a very similar pattern each time.
Flavor tested Kiwi Strawberry — surprisingly good for this type of high-stim formula.
Bottom line More performance-driven than Deliverance and one of the better aggressive high-stims I've used recently.

Disclosure: I used affiliate credit I’d earned from Bemoxie to get the tub I tested. NotNatty later sent me a second tub for free. Neither had any say in this review. Some links may earn me a commission.

Across repeated workouts, the pattern was consistent: a quiet opening followed by a delayed shift into aggressive, mission-mode energy. One session nearly fooled me into taking more, so the slow onset is the biggest practical warning.

Compared with Deliverance, this is less euphoric and more performance-first. Crack OG is the closer feel for aggressive drive, but David vs Goliath felt cleaner to me.

David vs Goliath feels like Deliverance stopped trying to make the workout fun and started taking the workout personally.

How It Feels

  1. 0–30 min

    Deceptively quiet

Some alertness, but much less dramatic than the formula suggests. This is the point where premature redosing would be easiest.

  2. 30–45 min

    Starts building

Energy becomes more obvious and the desire to get moving increases.

  3. 45–60 min

    Second gear

This is where it became much more aggressive for me. Focus sharpened and the workout felt considerably more urgent.

  4. Training

    Mission mode

Resting too long feels wrong. Mood stays positive, but the personality is clearly performance-first.

  5. Later

Energy stayed strong through the workout

I am not putting an exact duration or crash claim on it yet because I did not log the comedown consistently across my tests.

Body Feel & Side Effects
One unusual effect I noticed

At times during training I noticed a strange full, almost ejaculation-like sensation without actually ejaculating, while also getting noticeable genital shrinkage.

I later found a David vs Goliath user review on Bemoxie describing something surprisingly similar. That does not prove David vs Goliath caused it, and I cannot identify which ingredient was responsible. It was unusual and noticeable enough during my testing that I think it is worth mentioning.

Overall body feel: Cleaner for me than Crack OG

What I am not claiming: This is not an established or proven side effect
David vs Goliath vs Deliverance

David vs Goliath

  • More aggressive energy
  • Stronger urgency
  • Mission-mode workout focus
  • My pick for hard training days

Deliverance:

  • More euphoric
  • More playful and music-enhancing
  • More enjoyable stimulant experience
  • My pick when I want the workout to feel fun
Short version:

David vs Goliath wins for aggressive workout performance. Deliverance wins for pure enjoyment and euphoria.

Strong urgency without useless chaos
Mission-mode focus
Consistent across repeated workouts

Ingredients Breakdown

Formula tested · 1 scoop / 18.1 g
L-Citrulline 8,000 mg
A substantial pure L-citrulline dose on paper. I am not assigning a pump score until I have clean standalone testing.
Beta-Alanine 4,500 mg
A full dose. The tingles can be immediate, but beta-alanine’s performance benefit comes from regular use rather than the acute stimulant feel.
Caffeine Anhydrous 400 mg
A very high caffeine base before di-caffeine malate and the other stimulants are considered.
DMHA (2-Aminoisoheptane) 250 mg
The tested label lists 2-aminoisoheptane; DMHA is the more familiar name most high-stim users will recognize.
Eria Jarensis (N-Phenethyldimethylamine Citrate) 250 mg
The tested label lists N-Phenethyldimethylamine Citrate. “Eria Jarensis” is the familiar pre-workout name, so both are shown while preserving what the label actually declares.
Alpha Yohimbine (Rauwolscine) 3 mg
An ingredient I would flag for anyone who already knows they react poorly to rauwolscine / alpha-yohimbine.

Also on the tested label: 600 mg choline bitartrate, 100 mg theobromine, 50 mg di-caffeine malate, 40 mg synephrine HCl, and 300 mcg Huperzine A (whole herb). The label does not give enough information to call the total caffeine exactly 450 mg.

Things to Know
The slow onset matters. My tests started relatively quietly and became much stronger later. Do not assume a quiet first 20–30 minutes means you need more.

Very high stimulant load. The tested formula combines a high caffeine base with rauwolscine / alpha-yohimbine and several additional stimulants. The manufacturer warns against stacking it with other caffeine or stimulant products.

DMHA status. FDA identifies 2-aminoisoheptane as a name used for DMHA and considers DMHA-containing dietary supplements adulterated in the U.S. WADA lists octodrine as a prohibited stimulant in competition, so drug-tested athletes should avoid it.
How to Use It

The manufacturer directs one scoop in 8–12 oz of cold water, 20–30 minutes before training, and says new users should assess tolerance with half a scoop first.

In my testing, patience mattered more than the label timing: it often did not fully show itself until 45–60 minutes. Do not add more because the first half hour feels quiet, avoid stacking other stimulants, and do not take it close to bedtime.

Final Verdict: Is It Worth It?

David vs Goliath is one of the better aggressive high-stim pre-workouts I have used recently. The energy stays directed toward training instead of becoming pointless stimulation, and the delayed second gear gives it a distinct personality.

For pure workout performance, I prefer it to Deliverance; for euphoria and fun, I still prefer Deliverance. Crack OG is the closer reference for aggressive drive, but David vs Goliath felt cleaner to me.
