About 20 minutes in, the stimulation started feeling noticeably more productive than most modern DMHA pre-workouts.
Mood elevation kicked in fast, rest periods naturally got shorter, and the urgency felt smooth instead of chaotic or overly aggressive.
Bottom line: One of the few modern high stim pre-workouts lately that actually improved the flow of the workout instead of just making me feel overstimulated.
Both verified reviewers described strong energy, focus and workout performance. StimNGym reported roughly 40 minutes to full activation, an eight-hour duration and a stronger-than-expected feel. Forneuss emphasized urgency, focus, power output and an intense full-serving experience.

Very high stimulant load. A full serving provides approximately 387.5 mg total caffeine, plus 30 mg synephrine, 2 mg alpha-yohimbine, Juglans regia and N-phenethyldimethylamine citrate.
Assess tolerance. The retailer recommends starting with half a serving or less to assess tolerance. Do not begin with a full serving merely because that is what I tested.
Do not stack stimulants. Do not combine it with another pre-workout, energy drink, fat burner or additional caffeine source.
Timing. Avoid taking it late in the day because community reviewers describe a long-lasting experience.
Medical considerations. Skip it or speak with a qualified clinician if you use medication, have a cardiovascular or blood-pressure condition, or react poorly to caffeine, yohimbine or similar stimulants.
Drug-tested athletes. Drug-tested athletes should avoid DMHA/octodrine-style products. Octodrine is prohibited in competition under the current WADA rules.
One full serving is one scoop, or 13 grams, with 25 servings per container. Start with half a serving or less to assess your tolerance. Do not combine it with another pre-workout, energy drink, fat burner or additional caffeine. Avoid taking it late in the day and follow the current product label.
Deliverance is one of the better modern high-stim pre-workouts I have tried for people who miss the old-school DMHA-style mood, urgency and workout drive. It felt cleaner and more performance-oriented than many modern stim-heavy formulas, and it kept the session moving even when the gym lost power.
The major limitation is test depth: I used one full serving, so this is an acute experience review rather than proof of long-term consistency. The unusually strong feel also cannot prove that anything exists beyond the published label.
Experienced stimulant users may love it. Beginners, stimulant-sensitive users and anyone looking for a daily pre-workout should skip it.
FitFrek score: 8.5/10.
