The verdict, fast
Main difference Bulk and Pulse share the same headline citrulline and betaine doses, but the stimulant profiles are very different
Legion Pulse A concentrated six-ingredient formula with 350mg caffeine and 350mg theanine.
Bulk Uses 200mg of each and adds tyrosine, taurine, theobromine, SenActiv, BioPerine, electrolytes and micronutrients.
Bottom line Choose Bulk for the more complete, repeatable daily formula. Choose Pulse when stronger stimulation matters more than formula breadth.

Bulk and Pulse start from the same pump base — both run 8g citrulline malate and 2.5g betaine — so the raw pump foundation is close. Where they split is everything around it.

Pulse is deliberately concentrated: 350mg caffeine, 350mg theanine, 3.6g beta-alanine and 300mg AlphaSize material, and that's essentially the formula. it's narrow. Bulk takes the opposite approach — 200mg caffeine, 4g beta-alanine, plus tyrosine, taurine, theobromine, SenActiv, BioPerine and electrolytes — so it covers more of the workout at a more moderate stimulant load.

The other practical gap is servings: Bulk gives 30 full servings to Pulse's 20. For a daily driver that adds up.

Who should choose each?
Transparent Labs
Choose Bulk if
You want one complete daily pre-workout | You prefer ~200mg caffeine | You care about endurance, hydration and smoothness | You want 30 full servings | You train frequently | You dislike relying mainly on stimulant intensity.
Legion
Choose Pulse if
You regularly tolerate 350mg caffeine | Strong immediate stimulation is the priority | You want a shorter, simpler formula | You already have hydration covered | You don't mind paying for 20 servings.

Bulk: start with half a scoop, then move to one full scoop, taken 20–30 minutes before training. Count caffeine from other sources.

Legion Pulse: start with one scoop, which is half the full serving. Use two scoops (350mg caffeine) only once the lower amount is tolerated, 15–30 minutes before training.

FAQ
Which has more caffeine?

The base is close because both provide 8g citrulline malate and 2.5g betaine. Bulk adds taurine and electrolytes.
Which is better for focus?
Pulse is more stimulating. Bulk has the broader focus formula.
Is Pulse stronger than Bulk?
In stimulant intensity, yes. As a complete formula, Bulk offers more supporting ingredients.

Bottom line
Bulk is the better choice for most lifters. It gives up stimulant intensity but adds a broader performance, hydration and focus formula while providing ten more full servings.
Pulse is the better specialist choice for someone who wants 350mg caffeine without exotic stimulants. It's not badly dosed — it's simply narrower and much more stimulant-heavy.
