Bulk and Pulse start from the same pump base — both run 8g citrulline malate and 2.5g betaine — so the raw pump foundation is close. Where they split is everything around it.
Pulse is deliberately concentrated: 350mg caffeine, 350mg theanine, 3.6g beta-alanine and 300mg AlphaSize material, and that's essentially the formula. it's narrow. Bulk takes the opposite approach — 200mg caffeine, 4g beta-alanine, plus tyrosine, taurine, theobromine, SenActiv, BioPerine and electrolytes — so it covers more of the workout at a more moderate stimulant load.
The other practical gap is servings: Bulk gives 30 full servings to Pulse's 20. For a daily driver that adds up.
Bulk: start with half a scoop, then move to one full scoop, taken 20–30 minutes before training. Count caffeine from other sources.
Legion Pulse: start with one scoop, which is half the full serving. Use two scoops (350mg caffeine) only once the lower amount is tolerated, 15–30 minutes before training.
