This was my first pre with alpha yo. I have heard other flavors of this pre like blue raz or grape were too strong/intense for some people. I bought peach rings not knowing this until I had already bought it. Flavor wise, it tastes pretty good compared to a lot of other pres I have had. It does not clump much, though it doesnt seem to fully dissolve into water and can taste kind of powdery at least with my shaker so make sure you mix well. The first thing that hits is the beta. Tingles are moderate, and seem to go away relatively quick. After that Eria seems to hit relatively fast in my opinion. Caffeine seems to be more on the slow releasing side as I found it pretty moderate. I found the focus to be great and the only thing on my mind was lifting. Alpha yo starts hitting around the 45 to 60 minute mark and its pretty noticeable when it does. The sense of urgency hits relatively hard in my opinion, even though this is a supposably weaker flavor. That might just be my low alpha yo tolerance though. It felt smooth enough and nothing over the top. Pumps were decent, nothing amazing but definitely noticeable. Overall a good pre, and I will definitely buy again in a different flavor to see if the effects are any different.
