How Old Are the Tren Twins? Birthday, Age and Real Names

An article written in 2023 correctly described them as 22 at that time.

That number became stale. The durable fact is their birthday: April 2, 2001. The live page should calculate age from that date or display a clear “as of” date.

The Tren Twins are Christian Gaiera and Michael “Mike” Gaiera.

Madonna University’s football records list both brothers. Christian played running back. Mike appeared at safety and inside linebacker across the recorded seasons.

Those records confirm their names and college-athlete background. They do not confirm every biographical claim repeated by profile websites.

The brothers began building a wider audience through gym and bodybuilding content in the early 2020s.

Their twin dynamic and high-energy training clips became the recognizable part of the brand. Do not hardcode follower counts; they change constantly and are not needed to answer the query.

The Tren Twins are 25 years old as of September 27, 2026.

Christian and Michael Gaiera were born on April 2, 2001, and will turn 26 on April 2, 2027.
