Transparent Labs Muscle-Building Stack Review

Brands
Updated Oct 20, 2026

Transparent Labs presents whey, Creatine HMB, and Bulk as its core muscle-building stack. That does not mean everyone needs all three, and it does not make Growth an automatic fourth purchase. The useful question is which product fills a real gap in your training or diet.

Quick verdict

Foundation Creatine, plus whey only when food does not cover your protein target.
Performance add-on Bulk can improve training energy and focus, but it is not required for muscle growth.
Premium add-on Growth comes after calories, protein, creatine, sleep, and progressive training.
FitFrek take Build the smallest stack that solves your actual problem.

What is in the stack?

The official core stack currently includes Grass-Fed Whey Protein Isolate, Creatine HMB, and Bulk Pre-Workout. Growth is covered here as an optional add-on, not part of the core three.

These are separate products with separate roles. A bundle price is only useful when a current, exact bundle is genuinely available.

The products, in priority order

1. Creatine HMB

The current formula supplies 5 grams of creatine monohydrate with 1.5 grams of myHMB, vitamin D3, and BioPerine. Plain creatine is cheaper, but this is the brand’s combined creatine-and-HMB option.

Priority: High if you do not already use creatine.

2. Grass-Fed Whey Protein Isolate

Each scoop provides 28 grams of whey protein isolate. Whey is convenient, not mandatory. Add it only when it helps you reach your protein target without forcing another full meal.

Priority: High only when your diet has a protein gap.

3. Bulk Pre-Workout

Bulk is a training tool. It can support energy, focus, pumps, and workout quality, but it does not replace calories, protein, sleep, or progression.

Priority: Optional.

4. Growth

Growth supplies 1,500 milligrams of Mediator material, yielding 750 milligrams of phosphatidic acid. It is stimulant-free and stackable, but harder to justify than protein and creatine for most budgets.

Priority: Low until the basics are already consistent.

How to combine them

✓ Creatine HMB use daily, including rest days.
✓ Whey use when it helps close your daily protein gap.
✓ Bulk use before selected training sessions while accounting for total caffeine.
✓ Growth follow the current label; it does not add stimulants.

Pros and cons

Pros
Separate products make the stack easy to scale.
Covers protein convenience, creatine, and workout performance.
Fully disclosed product labels.
You can remove anything you do not need.
Cons
Buying every product becomes expensive.
Bulk is stimulant-dependent and optional.
Growth is a premium extra, not a foundation.
The full stack can duplicate products you already use.

Who should build this stack?

Lifters already following a progressive program. People who know their approximate calorie and protein targets. Anyone who wants modular products instead of one proprietary blend. Beginners still fixing training, sleep, and food consistency. People who already get enough protein and use creatine. Caffeine-sensitive users who do not need Bulk. Budget-focused users who would benefit more from food and plain creatine.

The lean version I would build

Start with creatine. Add whey only if your diet needs it. Add a pre-workout only when it meaningfully improves training without disrupting sleep. Consider Growth last.

This order gives the best balance of usefulness, cost, and clarity about what each product is doing.

Final verdict: is the stack worth it?

The products fit together, but the full four-product setup is unnecessary for most people. Creatine and adequate protein do the foundational work. Bulk is a workout choice. Growth is a premium experiment.

The best stack is usually the one with fewer products and a clear reason for each one.
