Sweet without being too much. Most fruit punch flavors taste like red sugar water. This one feels intentional — like someone actually cared about the balance.

10/10. The only flavor in the lineup I would drink for pleasure, not just because the formula is good. Easy to finish a full tub without wanting to switch.

Up until the last sip of the test, I thought Orange Pineapple was going to take the top spot. But Tropical Punch has something the others do not: it tastes intentional. The sweetness is controlled, the flavor is balanced, and nothing about it becomes tiring.

Tropical Punch tends to rank well across the entire Transparent Labs lineup — it is #1 in Bulk too. In Stim-Free, without caffeine masking the flavor, the quality of the formulation is even more obvious. One caveat: if you want something tart or citrusy, this is more of a smooth, sweet-leaning flavor.

If you are buying one tub of Stim-Free, this is it.

Tastes like real fruit juice, not a powdered mix. The pineapple rounds out the citrus and gives it a bright, refreshing finish. Usually orange flavors taste like cheap chewable vitamins. This one does not.

9.5/10. Refreshing enough to keep sipping naturally. The citrus keeps each sip feeling clean. Very low fatigue.

This was the biggest surprise of the test. Orange flavors in supplements are usually terrible — flat, chalky, and reminiscent of children's vitamins. The pineapple changes everything. It adds brightness and a refreshing finish that keeps the flavor interesting sip after sip.

I thought this was going to take #1 until the very end. It lost to Tropical Punch by a narrow margin because the sweetness balance on Tropical Punch is slightly more controlled. But if you prefer citrus over fruit punch, grab this one instead. They are close.

Perfectly balanced. The peach is subtle, the mango provides a clean sweetness, and the whole thing does not feel heavy. This is the one that stays easy to drink long-term.

Peach Mango performs well across every TL product — it ranks high in Hydrate and Bulk Black too. In Stim-Free, it sits comfortably as the reliable option. Not as exciting as the top two, but zero risk of regretting the purchase.

Tastes like melted purple candy with a zesty lemon finish. If you have a serious sweet tooth, this might actually be your favorite in the entire lineup. It is the most unique flavor here by far.

The problem: that sweetness is overwhelming for long-term use. It is fun for the first few scoops but starts to wear. More of an occasional treat than a reliable pick. Definitely exotic — but ask yourself if that is what you want in something you sip through an entire pump session.

If you have ever had a blue raspberry supplement, you know exactly what this tastes like. It does exactly what you expect and nothing more. Transparent Labs has improved this flavor a lot over the years — it is one of their originals.

The safe fallback when your favorite flavor is unavailable. Nothing wrong with it. Just nothing memorable either. Blue Raspberry ranks much higher in Lean (#1) where the format suits it better — in Stim-Free, the lack of caffeine exposes how plain it really is.

The strawberry is there. The lemonade side is muted. It is not offensive, but it is completely forgettable. You will finish the tub because you paid for it, but you will not buy it again.

The worst thing about a mediocre flavor in a stim-free product: there is nothing to distract you from how plain it tastes. With caffeine, you at least feel something. Here, you just sip and wonder why you did not get Tropical Punch.

Watermelon is usually the safest flavor a brand can produce. This one is not refreshing. It is tart, watered down, and leaves a lingering stevia aftertaste that is hard to ignore.

Skip it. Watermelon flavors from TL work better in other products — in Stim-Free, without caffeine to cover the stevia taste, it falls apart. This is the one you regret at scoop five.

The theme of this entire ranking is flavor fatigue. When there is no caffeine masking the taste, the good flavors stay smooth and the bad ones become obvious fast.

Tropical Punch and Orange Pineapple are the clear standouts because they both taste intentional like someone actually balanced the sweetness instead of just making it "supplement-flavored."
