At first, I did not notice anything. There was no energy rush, mood spike, or obvious feeling that the product had started working.
The difference showed up once I began editing. I stayed on the same task for approximately 30โ40 minutes without switching tabs, checking my phone, or fighting myself to continue working. The focus felt calm and controlled, with no obvious jitters or crash that day.
This was not a clean test because I had already consumed coffee, and Cognition contains 100mg of caffeine. I therefore cannot isolate how much came from Cognition versus the combined caffeine. Even so, it felt different from coffee alone โ more controlled, less scattered, and more centered on the task in front of me.
I have used pre-workouts since 2007, and this was the opposite of the high-stim feeling I normally use. Theanine may have helped smooth the caffeine, while citicoline and rhodiola may have contributed to the controlled focus, but one test cannot identify which ingredient caused the effect.
This should be treated as a low-stim work and productivity supplement, not as a pre-workout or a product designed to create a noticeable buzz.
After approximately 30โ40 minutes of editing, I realized I had not switched tabs, checked notifications, or reached for my phone. I was not forcing myself to focus. The usual distractions had simply stopped interrupting the work.
