Previous formula tested; current formula pending retest.
I used the previous version immediately after training for around two weeks.
The main thing I noticed was that soreness seemed slightly reduced—maybe around 5–10% in my experience—and it was most noticeable after brutal leg sessions.
The drink itself had some grit. The first part of the bottle was sweet and easy enough to drink, but sediment collected at the bottom even after shaking.
Provenance: this experience applies to the previous formula, not the current 5 g creatine version.
Follow the current label. The current formula already provides a full 5 g creatine serving, so check whether it duplicates creatine you already take.
Creatine consistency matters more than a narrow post-workout timing window. Post does not replace protein, adequate calories, sleep, or sensible training volume.
My old test gave me a small enough recovery improvement that I kept using Post, but that isn't the exact product Transparent Labs sells today.
The current formula is more interesting because 5 g creatine makes it a more complete everyday recovery supplement.
On paper, I prefer the direction of the new formula. But I don't want to turn an old two-week experience into a fake current-formula review.
Current FitFrek Score: Pending retest.
