Taste wise it was quite enjoyable so gets my seal of approval and effect wise i've tried it at half a scoop and a full scoop and paired with dmha capsules.. but for the purposes of this review full scoop I am speaking of! It kicks in slowly for a pre of this nature but within 50 minutes it's all the way active and from there is an electric nootropic forcefield that lasts all day, any dumbbells or barbells are lighter than normal and after each and every workout my mind and brain felt a calm sense of confidence and I felt sharper with any task than normal or with most other pre's.
