With these being capsules a lot of the usual's in a review in a typical pre workout are not pertinent such as taste, mixability and beta alanine tingles. You get 60 capsules per container and 1 is more than enough, 2 is simply overkill. Upon consumption the white rush capsule kicks in fast, around 20 mins in you're feeling much more energy than before and this proceeds to increase at a steady pace for say another 40 minutes. What you're met with is a clean focus and perfect amount of energy for any style workout, whether cardio, weights or heavy bag work. At no point is the alpha yohimbine or 2 amino too much nor do you feel like consuming another capsule, not necessary. The energy lasts around 4 hours and tapers off nicely with no notable crash. Overall for the price point and large amount of servings I would recommend this product.

The only flavour of this product i've tried is iced gummy and it is really smooth, I actually enjoy it a lot. To begin with this product contains L theanine which usually puts me off but in this product even at 100mg it didn't make me feel tired which I normally get from pre's containing it. The effects took quite a while to take over, maybe 50 minutes to truly feel it.. but I was met with smooth and clean energy, with nice alpha yohimbine effects to bolster the multi stage caffeine blend and the pumps were extremely impressive. The energy lasted around 3 hours but zero crash and it never felt underwhelming. I enjoyed every single experience I had with inhuman so I would recommend it as a great regular use pre, the only drawback is the 21 servings per tub.
I am writing this having tried every single version of Flame, v1,v2 and every release of v3. The flavour of the current v3 batches are better versions of the original flame flavours. Blueberry lemonade is my favourite of all of them. Flame has no niacin or beta alanine so the first effect that takes hold is coming strictly from the caffeine citrate and then the other stims kick in within the hour. I found the effects to last a good 6 to 8 hours with no crash! I could do even high rep sets with ease and any song was easier on the ear due to increased mood elevation. I really appreciate Flame being such a light scoop compared to most current pre workouts and it doesn't cause the heavy stomach from some of the 25 gram pre's for example, it just shows you can get good energy + pumps + focus with under 5 grams. I would recommend this pre workout for sure.
This product blows my mind that it can be so affordable yet hit effectively every time. I have tried numerous flavours but strawberry watermelon is my favourite, not the best but easy to drink and with the light 7 gram scoop it's easy on the stomach. I find it kicks in both fast and smoothly, it is a true pre workout in the fact it never feels too much but at the same time provides everything you need for a solid workout. The energy and slight mood uplift lasts around 3 hours and there is zero crash which is important to me. The blend of yohimbine and other bits and pieces synergize very nicely. Two fair critiques I can make are the addition of creatine when you have to take that long term to reap benefits and at a dose higher than can possibly be in this pre and also the fact the product is a proprietary blend as I really want to know how many mg of each ingredient i'm consuming. Overall I would recommend this product as it's extremely affordable with 30 servings and quite effective.
The flavour I had was grape bubblegum, not enjoyable at all and very strong tasting but not the absolute worst. The effects kicked in both fast and surprisingly smooth for how strong the label claims to be. It provided productive workouts and the effects lasted around 3 hours but there was a crash, not the worst but too much for my liking. I expect a label with that much 2amino and other bits like caffeine and noopept to last much longer than I got from this product. Overall it was alright with solid pumps but not something I could truly recommend as in the high stim realm there are much stronger candidates that I do not experience a crash from and that provide far more in terms of the 2amino full spectrum experience.
I write this having tried every batch of this product, the original being by far the strongest but I will speak about the current batch which has no (geranium) I will start by saying every flavour both of the original gold and the current gold are not nice but often is the case with strong pre's! I now must say I wish the current iteration was not even called gold as it is nothing close to the original batch of old. I found gold to kick in fast, around 15 minutes and my energy was increasing. The effects lasted around 5 hours and I noticed quite a crash. The pumps and focus were lacklustre. Overall I would not recommend the current version of " crack gold " as it is not even close to the original batch which was one of my favourites of all time.
Firstly the taste of Crz was a very subtle and tasty blueberry and I found it to be very enjoyable as in better than 95% of pre workouts. Now to the effects of the current 12/28 batch: No beta alanine tingles or niacin flush which is rare for a modern pre workout but anyone in the know will be purchasing something like Crz for the focus. As it pertains to the effects they take a while to kick in, as in upwards of an hour so do not re dose.. wait 90 minutes even as it can take anything from 50-80 minutes to fully activate. The focus is very potent and the mood uplift is noticeable but not huge, just a nice blend of the two around 75/25 focus/euphoria. I have experimented with the standard dose, with one and a half scoops and two scoops. At the standard one scoop it is enjoyable but on the mild side, but once you reach anywhere between 12 to 14 grams the focus and longevity is elevated exponentially. At one scoop it lasts around 5 hours but on the doses I mentioned it is more along the lines of 10 hours. It in my opinion is better for long work days than hard workouts as it's all focus and no pumps or aggressive energy. Overall I would recommend Crz.
This pre workout tasted not very nice but not awful for a strong product, mid range in that area. I almost didn't want to purchase this based on the fact it uses a proprietary blend which in the modern age of pre's is simply unacceptable, we the consumer should know what doses of fat burners and stims we are consuming. Now to the real world effects... It took only around 15 minutes for me to start feeling it and this grew for a further 40 or minutes. I found the mood uplift and energy to be quite enjoyable, but I felt very little nootropic style focus which is something I enjoy in these products. It was fine for any style workout I tried it on and even cardio. I found it lasted around 6 hours and the crash wasn't too noticeable if at all. Overall I would not recommend this product due to the price being high, prop blend, not tasty flavours and the fact that there are too many pre's that hit harder in this high stim category.
I have tried both versions of this but this review will be speaking about the most recent version. The taste of any of the flavours was never enjoyable but not terrible, chug and hope the effects are worth it type of taste. The effects were fast acting and enjoyable, this probably is due to the fairly unique blend of methyl synephrine, 2amino and dmba. I found myself focused but not so much so that you end up in fact scatter brained and my cardio sessions were so easy as were any weighted exercises. I found it had a good mixture of focus, energy and shockingly powerful pumps. Overall I would advise buying this pre workout as there's nothing really like it on the market and having tried a lot of Frenzy Labs products they never underwhelm.
The trick or treat flavour was simply dreadful, a chemical pumpkin spicy taste that I would taste if burping even hours after consumption.. but flavour is not why we buy these products. I have taken it at 2, 3 and 4 scoops but I imagine most will be using 2 or 3 so I will touch on the experience with 3 scoops. It took quite a while to kick in, maybe 35 minutes and when it did it was quite strong indeed.. I found myself extremely strong on this pre workout and I had great muscle endurance, the effects lasted around 8 hours and no crash ever occured. Focus and mood elevation are around equal and music is more enjoyable but pumps were lacking. I just wish it tasted better as there are other products equally strong that I don't dread just on that basis. Overall I would recommend this pre but it's not quite as strong as the ingredient list would have you think.
