Flame by Dark Labs has had lots of versions and I have tried each with the 1st being my favorite, the 2nd my least favorite and the current my in between but one I enjoy.. They have improved the flavor systems a lot since the first batch and kept true to the light scoop showing you don't need a ridiculously heavy scooper to be a hitter! It kicks in very quick, I felt it in the first 10 minutes and then a focus and slight euphoria follows that and allows for any exercises to be truly decimated! It lasted around 5 or 6 hours with zero crash, the blend of dmha with yohimbine and other items came today very effectively! Unlike Crack Gold by the same company this product still deserves to be called by its original name and I would say you won't be disappointed if you buy it

I am writing this having tried every single version of Flame, v1,v2 and every release of v3. The flavour of the current v3 batches are better versions of the original flame flavours. Blueberry lemonade is my favourite of all of them. Flame has no niacin or beta alanine so the first effect that takes hold is coming strictly from the caffeine citrate and then the other stims kick in within the hour. I found the effects to last a good 6 to 8 hours with no crash! I could do even high rep sets with ease and any song was easier on the ear due to increased mood elevation. I really appreciate Flame being such a light scoop compared to most current pre workouts and it doesn't cause the heavy stomach from some of the 25 gram pre's for example, it just shows you can get good energy + pumps + focus with under 5 grams. I would recommend this pre workout for sure.
