My Godzilla testing was on V2. That experience does not become a firsthand V3 test because a newer formula appears in a store listing.
The formula table below uses RYSE’s linked Blue Raspberry Cognizin/citicoline panel. It is not being presented as a verified VitaCholine V3 label. Match the actual tub before using these figures to compare a retailer offer.
Label note: Blue Raspberry label examples: one scoop of BLACK versus two scoops of the referenced Godzilla Cognizin formula. This is not an equal-caffeine comparison.
Keep the tested version, the displayed label and the retailer’s stock separate. A product name can stay the same while the formula changes.
The manufacturer images checked for this comparison show Cognizin/citicoline. The V3 description previously discussed on FitFrek names a different choline ingredient. That is why this article does not attach V2 testing claims to a universal “current V3” formula.
Before buying, check the facts panel on the exact listing. When a retailer cannot identify the version, do not assume that a score or ingredient table for another version transfers to it.
BLACK lists 8 g citrulline malate at 2:1. That number also includes another component, so it should not be shortened to 8 g pure citrulline.
Godzilla’s additional VasoDrive-AP ingredient is hydrolyzed casein tripeptides. It is milk-derived: this formula should not be described as dairy-free. People with a milk allergy should avoid this milk-derived formula and check the full allergen statement.
The creatine inclusion is convenient when it fits your existing routine. It is less of a selling point when you already take creatine separately and do not want it tied to a caffeinated product.
More beta-alanine in one sitting is not proof of a better workout. Its role depends on regular use and exercise context, not how much tingling a serving causes.
Godzilla’s full serving combines 350 mg caffeine anhydrous with 50 mg extended-release caffeine for 400 mg total. BLACK’s reference panel lists 325 mg caffeine, not an older Infinergy combination.
BLACK’s AlphaSize is a 50% Alpha-GPC ingredient; Godzilla uses citicoline on the referenced panel. Their milligram totals are not equivalent amounts of choline. The labels do not, by themselves, establish a focus winner.
BLACK also includes 200 mcg huperzine A, whereas the referenced Godzilla panel does not list it. That is another formula difference, not a guaranteed focus advantage.
At an equal tub price, Godzilla would cost 50% more per full compared serving. That is a serving-count calculation, not a statement about current store prices.
One scoop of Godzilla provides half the listed two-scoop amounts, including 200 mg total caffeine and 2.5 g creatine monohydrate. That may be the dose you intend to use, but then compare and price the one-scoop formula—not the two-scoop table.
Neither full serving is my starting recommendation for someone unfamiliar with caffeine or sensitive to stimulants. Follow the directions on the exact version, and do not stack it with another pre-workout.
The FDA’s 400 mg daily reference for most adults is not a personalized safe single-dose target. Count other caffeine, consider medications and health conditions, and avoid letting a late workout compromise sleep.
Choose BLACK when you want the lower-caffeine full serving here and prefer keeping creatine separate. Consider the referenced Godzilla formula when you deliberately want its included creatine and larger ingredient package, understand the two-scoop stimulant load and have confirmed the version.
The best purchase is the one whose actual label matches the comparison you used. A bigger scoop is not enough to settle it.
