How these standards fit
These Community & Review Standards complement the How Our Review System Works page and the Terms & Conditions. If older wording about ownership, evidence, or rewards conflicts with those current pages, the current Terms, review-system explanation, and Payment & Reward Policy control.
Real, original experience
Write from your own use of the specific product and version. Do not copy another review, invent an experience, mass-generate submissions, impersonate someone, or coordinate ratings. One account and one review per canonical product/version are allowed unless FitFrek requests an update.
Evidence requirements
Provide the required public photo of the specific product you experienced. When requested or useful, submit receipts, order records, or other purchase evidence separately through the private-proof field; do not upload receipts or private information to the public photo field. Evidence labels state only the basis an authorized moderator actually checked.
Useful and safe content
Describe what you used, how you used it, what happened, and meaningful limits. Do not present personal outcomes as medical fact, encourage unsafe use, make unsupported disease claims, threaten or harass people, or publish private information.
Disclose connections
Accurately state how you obtained the product and any employment, sponsorship, payment, reimbursement, major discount, free product, affiliate, family, or other material connection. FitFrek reward participation is disclosed automatically and never requires a positive review.
Ownership and license
You keep ownership of your review and other submitted content. You grant FitFrek only the limited license described in the Terms & Conditions to operate, display, moderate, archive, and promote public content on FitFrek-owned channels. Private proof and payout information are excluded, and FitFrek will not reuse a review in paid advertising without separate permission.
Moderation and appeals
FitFrek may hold content for evidence, request a correction, reject it, or remove it for these standards. Rating sentiment alone is not a moderation reason. Report errors or appeal a decision through Contact with enough detail to identify the record.
