Most electrolyte powders taste artificial, chalky, or overly salty after a few sips. Hydrate surprised me because most flavors actually stay refreshing over a full bottle instead of becoming exhausting halfway through.
I tested the original lineup side by side in both a shaker cup and a large gym jug, then added newer flavors as I tested them. Some improved with more water. Others completely fell apart.
This ranking is entirely about flavor. The formula itself is already solid — proper electrolytes, taurine, coconut water, no artificial dyes or sweeteners. The only question: which flavors are actually worth buying?
S Tier — Best All-Day Flavors
These stay refreshing from the first sip to the last drop, even when diluted in a big jug. No flavor fatigue.
A Tier — Solid Options
Good flavors that hold up well. Each one has a specific use case.
B Tier — Depends on the Ratio
These flavors are fine but more sensitive to how much water you use. Some work better diluted, some fall apart.
Bottom Line
Best overall: Raspberry Lemonade. Safest first buy: Peach Mango. Best exotic: Crisp Apple. Best pure peach: White Peach. Most unique: Orange Cranberry. Safest full tub: Tropical Punch. Strongest flavor: Blue Raspberry. Most versatile: Unflavored. Skip: Strawberry if you dislike artificial strawberry flavoring.
White Peach is one of the stronger flavors in the lineup. It tastes accurately like peach, stays refreshing and has only a very light aftertaste. It is slightly sweet, but still easy enough to drink throughout a workout.
Unflavored remains outside the numbered ranking because it serves a different purpose. It is mildly sweet rather than completely tasteless, but it is enjoyable by itself and blends cleanly into other flavored drinks.
