The FitFrek Score reflects overall experience — not just how strong it feels.
It feels weaker than expected for the caffeine, with only a slight boost.
Pumps show up a bit dry and focus is there, but nothing stands out.
Bottom line: Better for beginners or low tolerance users who want something mild despite the high caffeine label.
Overall, it feels like a high-stim label with a low-impact experience.
