RYSE generally has the creamier, more milkshake-like style. In my specific water test, however, Ghost Oreo was the heavier shake, while RYSE was easier to drink.
Both mixed cleanly and were thicker than a plain isolate. Texture preference is personal, so this comes down to whether you want a lighter shake or a fuller, more dessert-like one.
Choose Ghost if you want a cleaner shake. Choose RYSE if you want something closer to a milkshake texture.
Ghost lists a digestive enzyme blend (protease, bromelain, and lactase) on its label. Enzymes like these are commonly included to help with protein and lactose breakdown, which can matter for people who feel bloated from whey.
RYSE takes a different approach and does not lead with an added enzyme blend. Whether that matters depends entirely on your own digestion — some people notice a difference, many do not.
