Using FitFrek
You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use one account. Submit only original reviews based on real product experience. One review is allowed for each canonical product version unless FitFrek expressly requests an update. Do not submit spam, copied or AI-generated experiences, unlawful material, private information, manipulated evidence, or undisclosed material connections. FitFrek may limit or suspend an account to protect the service or enforce these rules; correction and appeal requests remain available through Contact.
Moderation and verification
FitFrek may hold, reject, edit-state, or remove content that violates these terms or the Community Standards. Approval means the review passed publication moderation. “Verified Experience” and “Verified Purchase” have the specific meanings described in How Our Review System Works; neither label guarantees every factual claim. Appeals and correction requests may be sent through Contact.
Rewards and affiliate links
Rewards are for qualifying approved contributions, never for a positive rating or particular sentiment. Current terms shown before submission and in the member Dashboard control a bundle. Qualification, fraud review, payment availability, tax responsibility, and manual processing are covered by the Payment & Reward Policy. FitFrek may earn commissions from retailer links at no extra cost to you.
Your content and FitFrek’s license
You keep ownership of content you submit and confirm that you own it or have the rights and permissions needed to submit it without knowingly violating copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights. You grant FitFrek a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, resize or crop, format, display, distribute, moderate, archive, and promote that public content on FitFrek-owned channels for operating and explaining the service. The license lasts while the content is used on the service and for reasonable backup, archive, moderation, and dispute records afterward. This license excludes private proof and payout information. FitFrek will not reuse your review in paid advertising without separate permission.
Assent and changes
FitFrek records the policy version and time accepted at registration and, for new review submissions, the terms version accepted with the review. Updating a public page alone is not treated as renewed affirmative assent to a material contractual change. The terms presented for a later account, content, reward, or payout action apply to that action.
Service limits
FitFrek provides the service as available and does not promise uninterrupted access, a particular retailer price, medical results, or reward eligibility. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions or disputes can be raised through Contact; FitFrek does not assert a governing-law or venue clause here without owner and legal review.
Copyright and other legal complaints
To report copyright infringement, identify the protected work, the exact FitFrek material or URL, your contact details, your good-faith basis, an accuracy statement, and your physical or electronic signature through Contact. FitFrek may restrict material while reviewing a sufficiently specific notice, notify the uploader where appropriate, receive a counter-notice, restore material when appropriate, and act on repeat infringement. The same route accepts trademark, impersonation, privacy or publicity, defamation, and other unlawful-content complaints. FitFrek does not claim a registered DMCA agent unless one is listed in the U.S. Copyright Office directory.
