I ran one level scoop of this after work on a day that I was pretty low on energy, and after a short ten minute nap. This made me a little worried that I wouldn't have the stamina to make it all the way through my sets and even questioned myself a few times during, but these thoughts were quickly dispelled. I also combine with a homemade black pepper extract to experiment with absorption. I sipped on the first half of the drink during my warmup set with low weights, cardio, and abs. By the time I hit my heavy sets 45 minutes later, I could really feel the focus kicking in and it lasted through the rest of my routine, for over an hour and a half. This didn't exactly wake me up, as I "knew" I was tired, but the tunnel vision on this kept me sailing through my entire training routine. The weights still seemed heavy, but tons of physical energy to keep on pushing through. It's almost as if I could feel the exhaustion, but the mental endurance didn't care and kept on pushing. My heart was definitely pumping during this and had to catch my breath a couple of times, but nothing out of hand. Just enough to remind you of how hard you're pressing. There was not much for a leftover buzz that I sometimes get from alpha-yo and had only minimal appetite suppression. Maniaco had almost zero aggression and kept on pushing, but was super smooth. This is what I've felt each and every time that I've run it. Somehow it keeps getting pushed to the back of my stack, but hits so awesome every time I run it. You'd be missing out if you've never given this a go, as it's dependable and always a good time!

This was from the clumpy batch that was recently being sold on darklabs.pro at a discount. When I weighed it out to the serving size of 6.7 grams, the clumpiness caused it to be an overflowing scoop. This made me second guess my measurements, so I started off only drinking half of the full scoop right away with a fasted strength/cardio warmup. I finished the first whole scoop probably twenty minutes in when I realized I was doing just fine. The Green Apple taste was excellent, but the Black Pepper extract was also very overpowering, leaving a spicy taste in my mouth. This, however, had the effect of fast absorption and I actually felt the head high kick in within 5 minutes or less. I also had another half scoop prepped up for later in the workout incase I wasn't hitting my goals. Focus and head high were pretty immediate and intense throughout. Time flew by with the great tunnel-vision. Energy output seemed a little lacking throughout, as the weights seemed pretty heavy today, but everything else dialed it in and brought me home. I felt great and at no point did I feel tired. The famous GBB sweats didn't kick in until about an hour into the workout, at which point I finished my last half scoop. Herolean prides itself on ingredients that cause your body temperature to rise, thus increasing fat burn. My tracking watch didn't show this, however, and I seemed to be hitting my caloric goals slightly later than usual. This might be the excess sweat leading to tracking issues with the watch, as this has happened once or twice before. I did end up catching up as the sweats really kicked in once I finished my warm up and started hitting the weights hard. Pumps were pretty lacking even though I supplemented with citrulline caps and beet root extract. I recommend using a pump product. Overall, the focus and clarity was excellent on this. Sweating seemed to dissipate after the workout was over. It didn't have a lot in regards to physical energy and I might stack this with something that has a little more yohimbine next time just for that purpose, but that's sort of my preference anyway. There were a few wants that were missing, but this might be fixed by doing a mixture similar to 1/2 scoop of Flame and a 1/2 scoop of Herolean. Great workout!

Started with a full scoop. Mixed well, tasted good and was light on the stomach. Paired with Bloodbath for pumps. Waited about 15 minutes for it to kick in before I started my warmup (light weights and standing cardio). By the time I hit my main circuit 45 minutes in, this was in full swing. I superset lifting with standing cardio, and I had sweats the whole time. Awesome focus with crazy energy. I had been tired all day long from work and KS just scooped me up and kept on going. Had sort of a tunnel vision bubble. Tons of focus, but I wouldn't call it euphoria. Weights didn't necessarily seem lighter, but there seemed to be more mental energy to push through any fatigue. Required rest periods were shorter as well. About an hour and 15 minutes into the workout, I took another half scoop to finish it out and that definitely gave me the focus to bring it home. Some chills, but nothing compared to what you get from Yohimbine. I would almost be comfortable doing a half scoop of this with a fat burner. Anything with GBB comes to mind. Ended workout with a buzz of sorts, similar to an alpha-yo high, but more subtle. Definite appetite supression and I'll find out about how it affects sleep shortly! There is talk of there being a "Secret sauce" in here and I definitely feel it. Up to this point I had always mixed it with other pre's, but today I let it stand on its own. Let me tell you: Energy! Energy! Energy! I don't quite believe the label itself, but someone had suggested one of the unlisted ingredients might be an obscure analogue called Thiopropamine. Worth researching even though there's not much info. To sum it up, this batch hit. It woke me up, took me for a ride, and didn't stop. I'm glad I bought this and will likely keep it in permanent rotation!

Insane Labz always has great deals, and despite having proprietary blend labels, they usually hit pretty well. However, when Psycho Sam premiered at $25 off the bat and still contained very similar ingredients to the rest of their product, I was a a little suspicious to say the least. The one downside I see most often in Insane Labz products is their poor flavoring, but this one surprised me. The Fruit Punch tasted great and went down smooth. I took this on a deload/low-stim week on a single scoop, so the results may vary at full blast. Beta Alanine is at the top of the prop-blend lists and this hits you after about 10 minutes and it seemed to stay for at least an hour (surprising!). I could feel the Yohimbine/Alpha-Yohimbine kick in shortly after that. It was nothing overpowering, but still delivered the goods. I had some tunnel-like focus, which I usually notice if I lost track of time and stop watching the hands on the clock. Mood and Energy fell right in there with Focus, not too much but enough to notice. Pumps also were present, but nothing to write home about. Not much in regards to a leftover Yo-yo buzz. This seems like it might be stackable with another stim to give it an extra boost. I would even be comfortable double-scooping this. Altogether, this seemed to hit a sweet spot for the price. Not too hot and not too cold. A great entry-level pre for someone wanting to dip their toes into the yohimbine pool, but also enough to potentially use as a daily driver for a regular lifter.
