Builds very quickly into an overwhelming level of focus with strong visual enhancement and mental lock-in.

Energy feels unstable with elevated heart rate, making breathing difficult during training and reducing performance.

Side effects include nausea and poor recovery between sets, especially under physical load.

Bottom line: Extreme focus and stimulation, but not suitable for proper training — better for short sessions.

Smash AMF - Super İllicit Pre
When KJ laps dropped smash AMF everyone got crazy because it felt really different from any other pre workout on the market today and the label itself did not really match the experiences people are having. I have actually a theory that UK labs, Firestorm and smash AMF are made in the same manufacturer and uses more or less identical ingredients, even their labels, powder consistency, flavor look and tubs are very alike. Before buying a whole tub I decided to try a sample from Ruesco to test the waters, because usually I'm not a big fan of such shady pre-workouts that feel like drugs as people describing it. Experience: I have tried only 6 grams out of 10 grams for my first time, which was my last time as well. Flavor I had was blue razz and it didn't taste good, but I think it's the last point that must be talked about this pre workout. Didn't notice any beta alanine, even tho it was in the label, and this ingredients panel doesn't make any sense at all anyways. I didn't stack any pump formulas to better gauge the effects. 20-30 minutes in, I felt something really illicit but in a weird and unpleasant way,not the way typical exotic stimulants are brewing and contributes to mood elevation or euphoria. I had none of these. It felt most likely Juiced but with a lil less intense feel to it. I pushed the workout nevertheless, it didn't enhanced my workout performance, and I'd say even halted it in weird way, because I was both Hyper focused and totally Zoning out. I was really out of it. What ever research chemical or ingredient that isn't listed in this pre did not agree with me. So I didn't even looked forward to try again my 2nd sample that I bought. It works great for many people, unfortunately not for me, so I cannot recommend it.

Smash Amf- İllicit shady stim ride
KJ labs took the stim junkie pre workout world by storm, as all reviews pointed out it being a lil "different" most high stim pres.. According to the reviews I understood its not my type of pre, but out of curiosity ordered a sample from Ruesco, to try it. Experience - Flavor I had was Blue razz flavor, because I took only half of the 10 grams dose, 5 grams dose with more water tasted mild and uneventful, nothing off putting. I didn't stack any pump formula with it, to gauge the effects better. Beta alanine kicked in around 10-15 minutes, it was mid to low level. And then nothing really happened until 45-50 minutes mark. Initially I felt like focus element is kicking in, because my eyes like almost got widened from the sides, I checked the pupils they were slightly dilated. I felt both focused locked in and zoning out between sets. I had zero mood elevation. Whole experience was kinda weird, whatever research chemical or unlisted ingredients is in it, didn't felt natural or normal, most repelling side of this pre was that I didn't really felt like it aided my workout or performance. Certainly I didn't took the other samples. I have tried their oxymelt pre workout with full serving and I did actually like that experience, because had very good physical and mental endurance on it, good energy and minus the weird illicit feeling I got from Smash Amf. Post workout after taking Smash I had crash in mood, I got lazy and didn't had motivation to do anything, even though I didn't felt Ike sleeping, which later that night had me troubling with falling asleep. I'm glad I didn't took the whole serving which might ended with more severe side effects. I have a theory that UK labs, Smash and Firestorm is made by the same manufacturer, since tubs and labels, expiry dates, lot numbers are so similar even identical, even feeling I got Firestorm was not good. Overall since I don't like it I can recommend it to anyone, expert crazy stim junkies who can actually enjoy such pres and looking forward to next illicit shady products!

Snash AMF: Hard Hitting Caffeinated Cheese Water that Gives Awkward Boners
There is something in Smash AMF that is not on the label. A strange ingredient that is not like any other ingredient in any other pre workouts. A lot of people like to compare this one to excelsior, myself included. I like to consider it as the dirty biker crank version of excelsior. There are quite a few things that make this one unique as a pre workouts so I decided to break this one down into segments. Flavor: I’ve got two different tubs, two different flavors, but the flavor I am currently working through is tiger’s blood. Let me just say that this is probably the nastiest pre workout I have ever experienced. The taste is something I like to characterize as “caffeinated cheese water”. It clumps very easily and has the consistency of parmesan cheese. As you first open it, it has a foil seal that you have to break. Once I broke that seal it stank up my kitchen and made my house smell like a small time Italian delicatessen for a whole day. At first sip I didn’t know if the flavor was right or if it had been expired so I made sure to look at the label. It smells, looks, and feels like parmesan… it tastes like Parmesan or Italian dressing that has expired. As I worked my way through the tub, it has become less offensive since that first day. Stim killer:Ii cannot take this the day before an anticipated high stim day. I once saw a theory that the secret ingredient was 4-fluoromethylphenidate. I cannot confirm this to be true but what I can say is that this rumored secret ingredient was researched as a potential type of suboxone for cocaine use disorder. Meaning that if you took 4f-mph, you would not yield the effects of cocaine. If this were true, that would make sense. On two separate occasions I have taken this pre the day before a high stim saturday and on both occasions, both experiences were ruined. I specifically remember that one time was zeus and the other time was legit pre. Both times after having taken Smash the day before, those pres seemed to only provide me with a barely manageable caffeine buzz.If you’ve taken Legit Pre, you would think this is unfathomable. Since then I make sure to throw this in the middle of my daily pre rotation so that I could experience the appropriate effects of whichever high stim pre workout I plan on taking that week. Gym performance: the star of the show, top notch gym performance happens with this stuff! It does elevate heart rate quite a bit so I reserve this use for moderate intensity gym workouts. A few times I’ve taken this with cardio in my regimen and I was hitting peak heart rate on my fitbit, so I keep this one limited to weight lifting. Label: I don’t believe anything on the label whatsoever. You can’t sneak an ingredient into a pre workout and then expect me to trust that this formula actually has 4G of citrulline or 1.5G of beta alanine. First of all that doesn’t even make any sense and second, the trust factor is broken with the secret ingredient. Strange side effects: I have to wonder if the secondary secret ingredient is something akin to a low dosage of cialis because without fail, every time I take this, it produces awkward erections that I seemingly have no control over. Pumps: non existent, it’s a pefect formula to stack with a pump formula as it just feels like a stim only pre workout. Scoop: this one clumps easily so it takes me two scoops to reach the 10G dosage.

Strongest thing I've ever taken
Hit within 20 mins, crazy tunnel focus. The yohimbine is no joke — started sweating 10 mins into my warm-up. Not for beginners. Energy lasted the full 2 hour session.

Taste is rough but the energy is real
Pina Colada flavor tastes more like chemicals but who cares. Pumps were solid and focus was dialed in. Wouldn't recommend for anyone under 180lbs.
