Real, original experience
Write from your own use of the specific product and version. Do not copy another review, invent an experience, mass-generate submissions, impersonate someone, or coordinate ratings. One account and one review per canonical product/version are allowed unless FitFrek requests an update.
Useful and safe content
Describe what you used, how you used it, what happened, and meaningful limits. Do not present personal outcomes as medical fact, encourage unsafe use, make unsupported disease claims, threaten or harass people, publish private information, or upload receipts to the public photo field.
Disclose connections
Accurately state how you obtained the product and any employment, sponsorship, payment, reimbursement, major discount, free product, affiliate, family, or other material connection. FitFrek reward participation is disclosed automatically and never requires a positive review.
Moderation and appeals
FitFrek may hold content for evidence, request a correction, reject it, or remove it for these standards. Rating sentiment alone is not a moderation reason. Report errors or appeal a decision through Contact with enough detail to identify the record.
