I have used an entire bottle of this by the time of writing this and overall am nothing but impressed with its results as it pertains to appetite suppression and workout enhancing prowess. With it being in pill form there's no taste which in my eyes is a good thing as a lot of pre workouts taste bad, you get 30 servings as well. It takes around 45 minutes to truly activate and that energy grows for another hour, the full effects last somewhere around 5 hours and then it gently tapers off. I found myself sweating a lot more than usual and my appetite down, so this is a good summer cutting product..
