Learn moreWith these being capsules a lot of the usual's in a review in a typical pre workout are not pertinent such as taste, mixability and beta alanine tingles.
You get 60 capsules per container and 1 is more than enough, 2 is simply overkill.
Upon consumption the white rush capsule kicks in fast, around 20 mins in you're feeling much more energy than before and this proceeds to increase at a steady pace for say another 40 minutes.
What you're met with is a clean focus and perfect amount of energy for any style workout, whether cardio, weights or heavy bag work.
At no point is the alpha yohimbine or 2 amino too much nor do you feel like consuming another capsule, not necessary.
The energy lasts around 4 hours and tapers off nicely with no notable crash.
Overall for the price point and large amount of servings I would recommend this product.
