This is a special pre.. The taste was really not nice but in a smaller amount of water it wasn't as bad. The effects were active fast and I mean it began in under 15 minutes! This feeling grew over the next 40 minutes and strangely a final kick occurred around 90-120 minutes in.. I had amazing mind muscle control and my endurance even with heavy weights was heightened to the upmost degree. I found the effects lasted around 10 hours and I didn't crash, however the tolerance with this pre grows more than almost any other pre so only use it once every 7-10 days or the euphoria noticeably lessens and fast! I would say music was much more enjoyable on this and the pumps were even potent with this product.. I would certainly recommend it.
