I bought this recently expired batch off of NSS for cheap. After seeing that it had a pretty similar profile to Herolean v2, I knew that it would be at least pretty decent. Most of our favorite ingredients (DMHA, Eria Jarensis, Yohimbine, GBB) are all significantly boosted, almost doubled in some cases.
A slightly heaping scoop brought it to the 9.6g serving size, which I ended up running a total of 1.5 servings. I combined with Insane Labz Bloodbath. The flavor seemed slightly odd, but I had combine with the "unflavored" Bloodbath, so I didn't know for sure if there was some offset there.
Starting with a half scoop, I was a little worried about my experience this day. I was exhausted from work and ended up starting later in the day (530pm) just to give me time to recover and get prepped. I even had to mess with my television for 10 or so minutes after taking it, so I went into the workout with a less-than-ideal mood.
I could, however, feel this kicking in within 5 minutes or so, and after getting started around 15 minutes later, I could feel some decent mood elevation. Starting with my typical warm up, I could feel the focus and sweats building pretty steadily. Forty five minutes to an hour in, the sweats were at full pace and my head was dialed in; all of the aggravation from the day was absolutely gone!
I finished the second half-scoop at about the hour mark, but I honestly could have made it by just on the initial half scoop as the ingredients seemed to be hitting pretty well. I had some muscular fatigue building up this week, but I definitely couldn't feel it at this point, as Red Sky gave me the physical and mental energy to really push!
A half hour later, I finished the final half-scoop I had prepped up, even though I really felt I didn't need it to keep going. High Stim Ace sometimes makes references to stims making you want to dance, and I had always thought he was joking, but after take this last bit, the theme song to my intra-workout show (OG Dragonball in this case!) really made me want to hop around! The weights were easy to push around and I had zero mental hesitance to keep on going. I threw in the towel at about 2 hours and 50 minutes, as my fitness watch cuts off at three hours, so I keep it under that mark, but I probably could have kept on going!
In summary, the focus here was great! Time flew by and I actually had someone delivering some new weights off of FB Marketplace mid-workout just in time to use, which added to the experience. GBB sweats were on point (I enjoy them as they make me feel super-productive). While initially I didn't make any claim to euphoria, I admittedly was having a pretty low-mood day and this pulled me right out of it. I could feel the Yohimbine/Alpha-yo head buzz, but none of the side effects and I slept pretty decent considering how late in the day I took this. There are no pump ingredients here, so definitely pair it with one, as well.
Within the last few weeks, I had run both versions of Herolean (v1 and v2), and this very much matched, and in some spots exceeded, these. I've never used anything from Chaos and Pain, but I will definitely be checking out more of their product, as this was a spot-on experience!
I received a sample scoop of this from Ruesco and provided a screenshot of the ingredients list online.
The sample was pretty darn close to a full scoop. I fully intended to do the entire scoop at one time, but the taste was so off-putting that I had to drink only half of it at a time.
I actually started my warmup without any preworkout, as I wanted to make sure this lasted through my entire session. About 15 minutes in, I downed the first half scoop and could feel something kicking in within 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, this was in full swing.
I have heard of people complaining about feeling sick from this, but I am willing to bet that it was the flavor causing this. While there was some nausea that seemed almost yohimbine-ish (which is not a listed ingredient), the flavor is really what made me feel off at first. However, this disappeared after a short time, and the energy really kicked in.
There is a definite tunnel vision here, only focusing on the weights. There was no euphoria and no time-dilation, but just intense focus. Again, there is a very yohimbine-like feel to this, but nothing in regards to side effects. Just a very dirty energy that just kept pushing me through. I had a three hour session and probably could have kept on pushing, but my fitness watch cuts off at that point so I knew I needed to call it quits.
I ran this a little later in the evening (530pm-830pm), and had no issue getting to sleep closer to midnight, and while I woke up a few times during the night, I had no issues falling back asleep.
I have another sample of this to run and hopefully it is a different flavor. That aside, I am considering getting a full tub of this one, as the energy and focus were pretty on point and my training session itself was very productive.
I received a sample of Aventador from Ruesco as a replacement for something else that was out of stock, and boy am I glad I picked this! The packet measured at almost a full scoop, of which I took the entire serving immediately before starting.
Within 10 minutes during my warmup, I could feel the warm glow of the DMHA kicking in. About a half hour later is when I started to feel all of the other ingredients (Ephedra and Synephrine mostly) swell up. After this point I had a permanent layer of sweat until the end, even more so than other PWO's that have GBB in them.
I ran this first thing in the morning before work, waking up from a very groggy sleep, but the energy from this was amazing and defeated any sort of fatigue that I had been feeling. The focus generated by this gave great tunnel vision as well, making time just fly by. Before I even realized it, I was already halfway through my session with what seemed to be minimal effort.
All in all, I would say that this reminded me a bit of the energy that I get from Kill Switch (the Ephedra?) plus the flow from DMHA; not as much of the floaty feeling from KS, but definitely the focus and infinite energy. I could've kept of training after my hard limit, but I needed to get on with my day.
The DMHA felt very well sourced. It kicked in almost immediately and I could still feel it at work over two hours after I was done training (six hours from taking it!). This was a very smooth pre-workout and I can see what all the talk is about with this one. As much as I need to resist my collector-itis, I very much am contemplating picking up a whole tub of this!
I bought this from a fellow reddit or who felt it was too strong, but I've always had a great time running this.
The scoop itself is overdosed, so be sure to weight this one out.
I downed a full scoop right away and could feel a strong head high kick in within minutes. It has a mild sort of lemonade flavor, with no chemical aftertaste. I started my warmup 10 minutes later and a full 15 minutes in, God Mode was in full swing.
I could feel the beta alanine buzz pretty strong for about the first 30-45 minutes, which is about when I hit the hard weights.
I had also paired this with a half serving (one scoop) if Bloodbath for pumps, as the label already has decent pump ingredients. I wouldn't say the pumps were outstanding, but adequate.
Feeling slightly fatigued from the previous day's session and from work itself, I would say that God Mode added much energy in regards to strength, but the focus and specifically the tunnel vision was insane. The myo reps kept me going to failure, and while I wasn't hitting any PRs, I always wasn't afraid to push even though my muscles were sore.
While there was still very much a zone of focus, I did notice my head start to clear a little getting close to the 1.5 hour mark. I downed another half scoop at this point, even though it was likely strong enough to keep pushing me through.
I did feel some effects of the alpha yohimbine, namely some cold sweats, nose runs, and slight dizziness, but it was delayed until much later than other PWO's I'm used to taking, but this may be relating more to the second dose.
After finishing my session, I felt pretty stimulated still. I was able to eat, but could have gone without. I wasn't tired until significantly later (I didn't finish my routine until after 8pm), but didn't have any issue sleeping once I laid down. Hunger didn't strike me the next day until we'll after noon, even though I had some protein the night of. Nothing in regards to a stim hangover either.
In summary, I'm always excited for God Mode and I'm glad to have stumbled upon it before WXN saw it's end. I'm not sure if it's the DMBA or the Noopept, but there is something in here that is special. The focus in here is absolutely amazing and if it had a bit more yohimbine in there, I would be unstoppable against the weights. If you can get your hands on this, it is worth paying a little extra in my honest opinion!
I saw this pre on Reddit and knew I had to try it. It is manufactured by a relatively unknown nutrition supplement company called Mass Cast, which looks like it also does third party manufacturing for other independent developers as well. When I saw it, I knew I at least had to try based on the cover and label, even though I've been burned on under-dosed "bathtub" pre-workouts before. I saved it specifically for first use around the inaugural, for the irony above all things.
First off, upon opening, it had a very vanilla-y scent, more reminiscent of a protein powder than anything else; in reality, the only thing I could taste were the other flavors: pineapple and coconut. It was very fluffy as well, so fluffy in fact that one serving (23.5g) took almost a scoop and a half to portion.
Being burned before on low energy PWOs before, I prepped up a total of 1.5 servings altogether, starting with immediately downing a half serving first, combined with a pump (Swole AF Hulk). I could feel it kicking in after barely even 5 minutes, the smoothness of the Eria seeping in. It was at this point I started my warmup with standing cardio/abs and resistance bands, transitioning into a full ab routine.
By the time I started my hard weights session 45 minutes later, I could feel the full effects of the half serving kicking in, DMHA and all. Just considering the moderate dose compared to the smooth effects, I could tell that there are some quality ingredients in this. It was at this point that I finished the last half of the first serving and started to sip on the last half serving.
I had been experimenting with matched myo reps the day before instead of my regular routine, so I went into this workout a little more sore and fatigued than usual. MindF*ck, however, decided to be kind enough to wipe all of this from my mind, dialing me into the zone with awesome focus, at which point I was even able to push my myo reps even harder this day to much surprise.
No significant euphoria per se, but the focus was absolutely dialed in. I could feel some of the physical energy from the Alpha Yohimbine, as well as some of the dizziness from quick movements, but there were not much in the way of the usual side effects (cold sweats and nose runs :'( ). I was very aware of the passage of time, but at no point was I exhausted enough to throw in the towel. I actually wanted to keep on pushing and going, but real world time limits would soon be knocking at my door.
I took this later in the afternoon and there was no real crash. Sleep didn't come quickly, but I still managed to rest properly; typically I don't have sleep issues with DMHA, but crazy issues with Alpha Yo. I could feel a latent head buzz for quite a long time, going on 6+ hours, which felt again more on the DMHA side than Yohimbine.
To sum it up, this was an experiment gone right. This is a great unknown pre that is super smooth and not only will I be using this again, but will likely buy more from this company itself. Very impressed!
Don't forget: To prevent over AND under dosing, always weigh your pre-workouts!
I recently did a review on version 2 of Herolean, but I'm following up with v1 (which contains DMAA)!
I paired with Swole AF Hulk AF for pumps, which helps as v2 didn't give me much for pumps.
I spread this between three 1/2 scoops, which I took at various intervals. After downing the first half scoop, I could feel it pick up almost immediately. While it had the same pepper taste as version 2, it wasn't quite as distinct.
I could feel this kick in during my warmup, giving me great focus, but not really any euphoria. 45 minutes in it was time to hit the hard weights, at which point the sweats started kicking in from the GBB. I don't usually get consistent sweats, but only during heavier lifts. It was at this point that I downed my second half scoop.
I could really feel the focus kicking in with this at this point and halfway through my hard sets I finished another half scoop.
This is meant as more of a fat burner, and I can definitely feel it with both versions. Great focus and energy to push through, but not much in the way of strength. The weights felt heavy today, but that didn't stop me as the focus and energy were able to push me all the way through. At no point did I feel like throwing in the towel.
Afterwards (right now! :D), there is still a latent head high that's keeping me energized. I anticipate some sleep issues, more from the yo-yo than DM*As, but that is manageable. Recommended!
In comparison to version 2, I could definitely feel like there is something more than the DMHA. I could feel a little bit more on the Yohimbine side, but hardly any chills or Yohimbine head buzz. I did not feel overstimmed at any point, but I could feel something on a level higher than DMHA.
Altogether, I would say version 1 and 2 are pretty comparable. If you have a chance to nab v1 at a decent price, go ahead and do it as even expired batches still hit awesome, but don't spend a collector's price for it. I'm definitely glad to have it in my stack!
I ran a scoop and a half total after a full day of rest, after work. Taste was pretty general, but not too bad. Initial mixability was good, but it likes to settle at the bottom if you don't drink it right away.
The first half went down before my warmup and I could feel it kicking in within 10 minutes. Great head high, excellent energy, tons of focus and euphoria. As soon as I knew it, I was on to my regular sets at which point I chugged another half scoop and sipped on the last half as needed. Not too hard on the sweats and not a crazy heart rate elevation. Someone recently sold me the leftover of their tubs, saying it was too strong, but this felt just right to me. I've never had low energy on this.
The weights were heavy today, but I had such great energy that it didn't stop me one bit. Time flew by and I was at my ending sets before I knew it. I had a great leftover buzz from this and definitely felt like being active around the house, doing dishes, laundry and such. I had some definite appetite suppression afterwards and questions whether I needed to down the ritualistic protein shake afterwards. Of course I did :D, but it didn't seem necessary.
Euphoria and head high seemed to last at least an hour and a half afterwards as well. Crack Gold. Breakfast of Champions and it's frickin' GRRRREEEAT!
I ran one level scoop of this after work on a day that I was pretty low on energy, and after a short ten minute nap. This made me a little worried that I wouldn't have the stamina to make it all the way through my sets and even questioned myself a few times during, but these thoughts were quickly dispelled.
I also combine with a homemade black pepper extract to experiment with absorption.
I sipped on the first half of the drink during my warmup set with low weights, cardio, and abs. By the time I hit my heavy sets 45 minutes later, I could really feel the focus kicking in and it lasted through the rest of my routine, for over an hour and a half.
This didn't exactly wake me up, as I "knew" I was tired, but the tunnel vision on this kept me sailing through my entire training routine. The weights still seemed heavy, but tons of physical energy to keep on pushing through. It's almost as if I could feel the exhaustion, but the mental endurance didn't care and kept on pushing. My heart was definitely pumping during this and had to catch my breath a couple of times, but nothing out of hand. Just enough to remind you of how hard you're pressing.
There was not much for a leftover buzz that I sometimes get from alpha-yo and had only minimal appetite suppression.
Maniaco had almost zero aggression and kept on pushing, but was super smooth. This is what I've felt each and every time that I've run it. Somehow it keeps getting pushed to the back of my stack, but hits so awesome every time I run it. You'd be missing out if you've never given this a go, as it's dependable and always a good time!
This was from the clumpy batch that was recently being sold on darklabs.pro at a discount. When I weighed it out to the serving size of 6.7 grams, the clumpiness caused it to be an overflowing scoop. This made me second guess my measurements, so I started off only drinking half of the full scoop right away with a fasted strength/cardio warmup. I finished the first whole scoop probably twenty minutes in when I realized I was doing just fine.
The Green Apple taste was excellent, but the Black Pepper extract was also very overpowering, leaving a spicy taste in my mouth. This, however, had the effect of fast absorption and I actually felt the head high kick in within 5 minutes or less. I also had another half scoop prepped up for later in the workout incase I wasn't hitting my goals.
Focus and head high were pretty immediate and intense throughout. Time flew by with the great tunnel-vision. Energy output seemed a little lacking throughout, as the weights seemed pretty heavy today, but everything else dialed it in and brought me home. I felt great and at no point did I feel tired.
The famous GBB sweats didn't kick in until about an hour into the workout, at which point I finished my last half scoop. Herolean prides itself on ingredients that cause your body temperature to rise, thus increasing fat burn. My tracking watch didn't show this, however, and I seemed to be hitting my caloric goals slightly later than usual. This might be the excess sweat leading to tracking issues with the watch, as this has happened once or twice before. I did end up catching up as the sweats really kicked in once I finished my warm up and started hitting the weights hard.
Pumps were pretty lacking even though I supplemented with citrulline caps and beet root extract. I recommend using a pump product.
Overall, the focus and clarity was excellent on this. Sweating seemed to dissipate after the workout was over. It didn't have a lot in regards to physical energy and I might stack this with something that has a little more yohimbine next time just for that purpose, but that's sort of my preference anyway. There were a few wants that were missing, but this might be fixed by doing a mixture similar to 1/2 scoop of Flame and a 1/2 scoop of Herolean. Great workout!
Started with a full scoop. Mixed well, tasted good and was light on the stomach. Paired with Bloodbath for pumps.
Waited about 15 minutes for it to kick in before I started my warmup (light weights and standing cardio).
By the time I hit my main circuit 45 minutes in, this was in full swing. I superset lifting with standing cardio, and I had sweats the whole time.
Awesome focus with crazy energy. I had been tired all day long from work and KS just scooped me up and kept on going. Had sort of a tunnel vision bubble. Tons of focus, but I wouldn't call it euphoria.
Weights didn't necessarily seem lighter, but there seemed to be more mental energy to push through any fatigue. Required rest periods were shorter as well.
About an hour and 15 minutes into the workout, I took another half scoop to finish it out and that definitely gave me the focus to bring it home. Some chills, but nothing compared to what you get from Yohimbine. I would almost be comfortable doing a half scoop of this with a fat burner. Anything with GBB comes to mind.
Ended workout with a buzz of sorts, similar to an alpha-yo high, but more subtle. Definite appetite supression and I'll find out about how it affects sleep shortly!
There is talk of there being a "Secret sauce" in here and I definitely feel it. Up to this point I had always mixed it with other pre's, but today I let it stand on its own. Let me tell you: Energy! Energy! Energy!
I don't quite believe the label itself, but someone had suggested one of the unlisted ingredients might be an obscure analogue called Thiopropamine. Worth researching even though there's not much info.
To sum it up, this batch hit. It woke me up, took me for a ride, and didn't stop. I'm glad I bought this and will likely keep it in permanent rotation!
