Quick Verdict
Feels like: Better sleep, recovery and stress tolerance, not a noticeable performance or energy boost.
Best for: Experienced lifters who already have training, diet and sleep in place.
Downside: Premium-priced, subtle effects, and my bloodwork did not show a sustained testosterone increase.
Worth it if You value the formula and recovery support without expecting guaranteed testosterone gains.
Expert Review
36, natural lifter, 20 years training · Ran 8 week bloodwork protocol

I ran Vitality for eight weeks using two capsules every morning and completed three testosterone tests during the experiment.

Total testosterone measured approximately 940 ng/dL at baseline, 1,023 ng/dL at Week 4, and 840 ng/dL at Week 8. This was an uncontrolled personal experiment, and the testing conditions were not perfectly matched, so the results do not show that Vitality caused a sustained testosterone increase.

Subjectively, I noticed better sleep, slightly smoother recovery and improved stress tolerance during parts of the test. Energy was mild and libido was inconsistent.

Bottom line: Vitality has a well-built formula, but my bloodwork did not prove a sustained increase in testosterone.

Sleep and recovery were the most noticeable improvements. Energy was the least dramatic. These ratings reflect my personal experience over eight weeks. They are subjective and are separate from the bloodwork results.
Week by Week
Subjective notes
Week 1
Sleep was the first noticeable change.
Week 2
Recovery and stress tolerance felt slightly better.
Week 4
Testosterone measured 1,023 ng/dL, but one higher reading does not prove a sustained increase.
Week 8
Testosterone measured 840 ng/dL, below baseline.

8 Week Bloodwork
n=1 observational self-test
Baseline Baseline · October 6, 2025
940 ng/dL
Total Testosterone: 940 ng/dL (32.62 nmol/L)
SHBG: 47.10 nmol/L
FAI: 69.26
Draw at ~10:00 a.m. Fasted 8+ hours. No caffeine. No training night before. FAI is a calculated ratio from total T and SHBG, not a direct free-testosterone measurement.
Week 4 Week 4 · November 7, 2025
1,023 ng/dL
Total Testosterone: 1,023 ng/dL (35.46 nmol/L)
SHBG: 50.30 nmol/L
FAI: 70.50
⚠ Draw at 6:30 a.m. vs baseline at ~10 a.m. Morning draws naturally run higher. Part of the rise is explained by earlier timing, not all of it.
Week 8 Week 8 · December 2, 2025
840 ng/dL
Total Testosterone: 840 ng/dL (29.11 nmol/L)
SHBG: 42.00 nmol/L
FAI: 69.31
Same early a.m. window as week 4. Total testosterone came back below baseline (~940) and well below the week-4 result (~1,023).
Week 8 finished approximately 11% below baseline and 18% below week 4. This does not confirm the week-4 increase or show a sustained rise. It documents what happened — one higher reading followed by a lower one — but cannot prove Vitality raised or maintained my testosterone. My results document what happened during this experiment. They should not be interpreted as evidence that Vitality reliably increases testosterone.
ACTUAL LAB REPORTS
Important limitations This was one personal experiment without a placebo or repeated baseline testing. Training, travel, sleep, diet and stress were not perfectly controlled, so the results cannot establish that Vitality caused the hormonal or performance changes.
Protocol
8-week self-test
Dose 2 caps/morning
Duration 8 weeks
Training PPL, 6 days
Blood Draws 3 total
Other Supps Creatine, mag, pre-workout
Draw Window Fasted, 6:30-10am

The supplement protocol stayed consistent at two capsules every morning. Travel, sleep, diet and routine became less consistent during the second month. Three laboratory reports were collected during the eight-week experiment.

Training Performance During the Test
Mixed but productive
Flat DB Bench
Clear rep improvement
45kg x 7 45kg x 10
DB Curls
Heavier weight, fewer reps
30kg x 8 32.5kg x 4
Weighted Pull-up
+61kg added weight
+61kg x 1
Bench improved clearly. Curls moved to heavier weight but fewer reps, which is not automatically progression. Pull-up figure is added weight (bodyweight plus 61kg). Overall mixed but generally productive — hard to separate from normal training variation. These improvements occurred during the experiment but cannot reasonably be attributed to Vitality alone. Normal training progression likely explains part or all of the changes.

How to Use It

Transparent Labs recommends 2 capsules daily, preferably earlier in the day, with or without food. That is exactly how I ran it — both capsules every morning for the full 8 weeks.

FAQ
How long did it take to notice anything?
Sleep and recovery were the earliest subjective effects. The changes were subtle rather than immediate.
Did Vitality increase my testosterone?
Week 4 measured higher than baseline, but Week 8 finished below baseline. My experiment did not show a sustained increase.
Is Vitality worth the price?
It is premium-priced and uses several branded ingredients. Its value depends on whether the sleep, recovery and stress-support effects justify the cost for you.
Why are the bloodwork numbers different if the product worked?
Testosterone naturally fluctuates, and my blood draws were not all performed at exactly the same time of day. My experiment showed one higher reading followed by one lower reading, so I cannot conclude that Vitality produced a sustained increase.
Can women use it?
The formula is not designed for women, though ashwagandha and DIM are used in women's health contexts separately.
Is Vitality a replacement for TRT?
No. It is a natural hormone-support supplement, not testosterone replacement therapy.
Can it be used with pre-workout?
I used pre-workout during the experiment without noticing an issue. That is only my personal experience, not a universal guarantee.
Final Verdict: Is Vitality Worth It?
Vitality uses several legitimate branded ingredients at reasonable doses, and I noticed better sleep, stress tolerance and recovery during parts of the 8-week test. However, my bloodwork did not show a sustained increase in total testosterone — the week-four result rose, while week eight finished below baseline.
That does not make the product useless, but it means I would not present my experiment as proof that Vitality raised testosterone. I would consider it for experienced lifters who already have training, nutrition and sleep under control and want a well-built hormone-support formula. I would skip it if you expect TRT-like changes, rapid muscle gain, or an obvious stimulant-style feeling.
Based on my experience, I think the quality of the formula is stronger than the evidence from my personal bloodwork. Those are two separate conclusions.
