Bottom Line

Alpha Lion brings another high level pre workout to the table with Superhuman Supreme.

Superhuman Supreme is a DMHA / Eria powered pre workout with a strong nitric oxide blend that won’t only satisfy pump addicts but stim junkies as well.

Covering your basic vitamin B12 dosage for days, Super Human helps you achieve greatness with a full coverage and range of ingredients.

With 2 versions to choose from, one with stronger stimulants and the other one without, it allows for flexibility as you can pick whether you want the exotic stimulants or not.

With literally dozens of pre workouts being released by the month, there’s no keeping up with all of them.

Finding one that makes and earns a spot in our top 10 list isn’t easy, nor should it be.

But we’ve done the grunt work and we found a pre workout that is not only effective in what it promises, it’s also a completely disclosed formula.

With no prop blends, SuperHuman Supreme uses clinical doses to bring high energy, pumps and even euphoria without the cost of a crash.

How, you ask?

We’ll dig into the ingredients and you’ll discover what makes this a pre workout worth trying.

SuperHuman Supreme Ingredients

The label at a glance looks monstrous, just look at those ingredients.

Ingredients

You’ll notice that the bottle and branding looks high end.

That’s because it really is.

The ingredients used, like S7, makes this a up-to-date pre workout with innovative and new ingredients.

It features 5 stimulants, including DMHA and eria jarensis, along with more strength and pump enhancers that makes this a top seller for many retailers.

Superhuman Energy and Focus Matrix

This blend consists of 5 stimulants, including 2 forms of caffeine and a few strong ones to help increase energy, focus and mood.

The regular version, Superhuman, doesn’t include eria jarensis or DMHA.

Caffeine (300mg)

The good old energy booster, caffeine is one of the most used stimulants in pre workouts and for clear reasons too.

From energy enhancement, fat loss benefits and even aids with strength training, caffeine is highly researched and has been used for bodybuilding for decades.

The 300mg dose in Supreme is big, and it’s followed by more caffeine but in it’s slow form.

Caffeine anhydrous is being used here and it’s the faster absorbing form.

This brings the total dose to 375mg.

75mg comes from DiCaffeine Malate, which is slower absorbing, leaving you with not only fast acting energy but with smooth lasting as well.

For increasing strength, studies have optimum dosing to be between 2.25mg to 2.75mg per lb of bodyweight.

This means if you weigh 200lbs, you would need 450mg to 550mg.

At 375mg total you’ll feel at the top of your game, and it’s combined with other stimulants which will make you feel like superman (or superhuman).

The downside is tolerance build up, but with 21 servings, you should be taking small breaks between pre workouts or at least limiting the number of times you take a pre workout per week.

DiCaffeine Malate (100mg)

Unlike the anhydrous version of caffeine, DiCaffeine Malate is a much slower absorbing form of caffeine.

This form results in longer lasting energy, with no crash and feeling more energized for a longer period of time.

The malic acid part of this caffeine is what makes it slower absorbing.

It’s 75% caffeine, so this 100mg dose has 75mg total caffeine.

This means Superhuman has 2 forms of caffeine, one being hard hitting and the other is smoother.

With a big dose of L-Theanine coming up in the blend, you’ll experience zen-like focus.

DMHA (200mg)

DMHA is a stimulant that's closely related to DMAA and is touted to be the next best exotic stimulant.

The chemical structure is similar to DMAA and AMP citrate, and due to the similarities, it has effects that are similar to them.

DMHA can increase levels of monoamines, like dopamine and norepinephrine, leaving you with more euphoria and alertness.

Energy enhancing isn't the only thing it can do.

DMHA has been found to increase the pain threshold in cats and works as an anesthetic for rabbit eyes.

Studies have found doses like 20mg per kg of bodyweight were given to rats for 30 days straight and researchers did not find any side effects other than depression.

Doses of 50 to 150mg are typically acceptable but at 200mg, it's a big dose.

Considering the other stimulants and the eria jarensis in here, you'll be in for a Superhuman ride!

Eria jarensis (200mg)

Eria Jarensis is known to have strong euphoria effects.

It's no wonder that this PEA-like ingredient is frequently being included in hardcore pre workouts.

This PEA-based ingredient works as a neuromodulator in the central nervous system, which is used to increase dopamine levels, leaving you in a “feel-good” state.

When it's combined with other stimulants like DMHA, caffeine, etc, it turns out to be a very potent energy and mood enhancer.

Although it isn't as strong as the banned compounds like ephedrine, it still works quite well.

There's no dosing that's recommended for eria jarensis but somewhere between 50 to 250mg seems to be the range.

Here it's at 200mg, and it's combined with 200mg DMHA, along with 375mg caffeine, making this stimulant matrix very potent.

N-Methyltyramine HCl (75mg)

All stimulants have a half life, and there's generally a crash that comes with them.

However with an ingredient like hordenine, or n-methyl tyramine HCl, the effects are amplified and they felt for a much longer period of time.

When it's used with a PEA-like ingredient like eria jarensis, it prolongs the euphoric effects.

The other effects it increases motivation and energy while driving fatty acids to be used for energy.

SuperHuman Nitric Oxide Blend

Now we’ve knocked out the hardcore stimulant blend, we’ll jump into the nitric oxide boosters.

L-Citrulline 2:1 (7,000mg yielding 4.667g L-Citrulline)

Citrulline is considered to be the best ingredient to use to increase pumps, endurance and even recovery.

Citrulline has a vasodilating effect, opening blood vessels, increasing blood flow and nutrient delivery.

The 7g dose brings 4.667g L-citrulline, making it dosed well above the 3g recommended dose.

L-Taurine (1g)

Taurine is a conditionally essential amino acid that can be produced by the body in small amounts.

Since the body can only produce small amounts, we need to ensure we get enough through diet.

While this compound is known to produce “water-based” pumps, it is also a big assist in removing lactic acid, like citrulline and beta alanine.

Studies in 2003 has shown that taurine can inhibit lactic acid build up.

So when it comes to endurance, taurine is a must have, as it allows you to increase reps.

Taurine can also help with recovery and strength since you get increased muscular strength and decreased soreness and oxidative damage.

Caffeine works well with taurine as taurine can improve focus since it is used by the brain.

Nitrosigine (750mg)

Nitrosigine is a blend of arginine, inositol and potassium silicate made by Nutrition 21.

Regular arginine has long been accepted as a terrible form to supplement with due to it's poor bioavailability.

This form is much more effective and efficient due to its patented form.

It's been shown to elevate N.O. levels and keep them elevated for up to 2 weeks!

Combined with citrulline, S7 and taurine, you'll be in for some nasty pumps.

S7 (100mg)

S7 is one of the newer nitric oxide blends that have come out in recent years.

It is a blend of 7 plant based ingredients that have shown to increase N.O. levelsl

This all natural blend by Futureceuticals is very potent and it can increase N.O. production by 230% with a tiny dose of 50mg.

That's impressive considering that this ingredient is not using nitrates at all.

Beta Alanine

Like citrulline and taurine, beta alanine is great for endurance.

When performing exercises that last anywhere from 60 to 240 seconds, beta alanine shines through by helping reduce lactic acid.

With more endurance, you have more strength.

At this big 3.5g dose, you're getting a bit more than the clinical recommended dose and you'll have some impressive superhuman workouts.

Betaine Anhydrous 2.5g (2g)

Betaine is similar to creatine in that it can increase strength and power, as well as being able to enhance recovery.

In Supreme, there’s a bit less since there are other ingredients that make up the formula.

The regular version has 2.5g while Supreme has 2g.

Both dosages are sufficient for strength and muscle gains.

With plenty of studies

L-Theanine (350mg)

L-Theanine can relax and decrease anxiety.

It’s found in green tea and when it’s combined with stimulants it can bring a zen-like focus that’ll help you tune into your workouts.

This dosage is huge

Astragin (50mg)

To help with absorption and improve bioavailability, Astragin is included to help you absorb all the ingredients.

This astragalus root made with san qi ginseng root extract was made into a patent by NuLivScience back in 2019 which grew in popularity.

It not only increases absorption but it also enhances bioavailability, making the ingredients work much better.

Superhuman Supreme

Alpha Lion has once again brought a hardcore pre workout to the table.

It’s packed with properly dosed stimulants, nitric oxide boosters and strength enhancers.

Superhuman is also disclosed and transparent while keeping a fairly decent price.

With hardcore pre workouts headed in the direction of using DMHA, Superhuman has made it's niche by using only eria jarensis, along with other non-exotic ingredients.

Alpha Lion makes high end supplements and Supreme is a prime example of that.

It uses patented ingredients along with full dosages of effective stimulants and N.O. boosters.

Supreme is definitely one of the best pre workouts we've seen so far.

Superhuman Supreme by Alpha Lion

Superhuman is one of the strongest pre workouts we've seen. With a strong pump formula, and a mix of stimulants, it'll get you in a highly motivated mood while keeping you highly focused for hours at a time.
