What you'll find in the next few tabs are super simple spreadsheets that come preloaded with different set ups using my GZCL Method as inspiration.

Read the instructions and notes and whatever you do don't mess around with any of the cells that aren't like this:

… Unless you're confident with your Excel skills.

Give the pre loaded program a shot first. (It'll be awesome, promise.)

If you want to play around with the spread sheet and make adjustments save a 2nd copy to your computer and have at it! I learned this via the internet and playing around on Excel, so can you.

I left all these cells UNLOCKED so you can look at the formula bar and see what I used, change or imporove as desired, and therefore what you can use to build your own training programs!
