Instead of creating a 3rd version of their White Flood pre workout, they decided to jump ahead and create a fresh look and name with a completely different formulation. They also included a non-stimulant pre workout “White Pipes”.

So what the shizzle is in this pre workout and how many servings is it REALLY?
While this isn’t meant to be a strong stimulated pre workout, it has 150mg of caffeine per scoop (75mg of each diCaffeine Malate and anhydrous). Is it REALLY 50 servings?
If you’ve been using pre workouts for a while, and / or consume caffeine from other sources like coffee, and others, then you’ll most likely need 1.5 to 2 scoops.

You’re going to discover if SP 250 is even worth buying, trying and emptying your wallet over, but before we do that, we’re going to dissect the crap out of it and let you know if it’s worth the effort or if there are better options out there.
White Flood’s ingredients
L-Citrulline Malate (3g)
This ingredient is a must if you want limitless-like endurance and crazy pumps. Citrulline Malate is easily absorbed by the body and it increases nitric oxide by increasing arginine production in the body.
That’s not all though, it also decreases ammonia and lactic acid while simultaneously increasing ATP and endurance.
But there’s a catch. You need at least 2 scoops to see these benefits cause you need anywhere from 6 to 8 grams of citrulline malate and that’s what was used in the studies.
So what the crap is up with this? Let's find out...
Betaine Anhydrous 1.25 g
Betaine (AKA trimethylglycine) has been making a big hit in the supplement industry, it’s been rising to become a staple because it does what it’s supposed to do.
It does things like:
- Increase power output
- Increase endurance
- Boost muscle protein synthesis
- Support creatine production in the body
But here we go again…
It’s not properly dosed if you’re taking only 1 scoop. You need at least 2.5g to see any benefits. So you need 2 scoops… MAYBE 1.5 but that's a big maybe...
This stuff is 65% glycerol. If you don’t use glycerol and you love the pump, then you are missing out like crazy. You’ll basically super hydrate and find your muscles much more fuller than ever while using it.
Regular glycerol monostearate isn’t as good since it’s only 25% pure and the rest is classified as a saturated fat. This doesn’t mean glycerol monostearate sucks, but it means you’ll need less Hydromax since it’s more pure.

Agmatine Sulfate (500mg)
500mg of this stuff MIGHT elicit a pump but seeing that 2 scoops is required for performance and benefits, you’ll have an excellent pump at 1 gram.
Agmatine can stop the breakdown of L-Arginine which can make for some intense pumps. With the combination of Hydromax and Citrulline Malate, there’s no doubt you’ll experience some crazy pumps. But again you need 2 scoops for this to happen.
Caffeine Anhydrous (75mg)
Caffeine is found in most pre workouts and it’s the basic stimulant as it does everything from increasing endurance, alertness to strength and muscle gains. Not to mention it increases mood and overall energy needed for an intense workout.

DiCaffeine Malate (75mg)
When Malate is present in the name, it means it contains malic acid. It allows for easier digestion and it is more readily absorbed by the body.
Which is why supplements contain Citrulline Malate instead of plain Citrulline. What’s this mean for you? A much smoother stimulant kick without feeling jittery. You’ll really be getting 300mg of caffeine since you’ll most likely be needing to take 2 scoops.
But don’t worry because the next ingredient will put you in a laser focused zone rather than jumpy and hyper like a monkey…
AlphaSize Alpha GPC (50mg)
Used by the nootropic community, this is one of the better choline sources which can do wonders for the mind. First you should know nootropics have always been present in pre workouts.
Caffeine can be classified as a nootropic but it doesn’t directly enhance your minds abilities; instead it just powers up the brain and fires it up.

This means you’ll be in a fully “mind to muscle” connected zone where you’ll be so focused on what you’re doing that and the muscles you’re contracting that you won’t even need to limit your distractions because this will help you with that.
'Wu Zhu Yu', AKA Evodiamine, is used in fat loss supplements for well…weight loss. Duh! It works the same way as red hot pepper extract as it reduces the risk of storing fat and stimulates vanilloids which can decrease the risk for cancer! (2).
And finally it decreases the flow of caffeine in your body which means you’ll get an even much smoother kick and it’ll decrease nervousness associated with stimulants. Another thing it does is that it increases cognition by increasing focus and mental function. And finally…
Toothed Clubmoss Aerial Part Extract (50mcg)
More simply known as Huperzine A, this is another focus enhancer found in White Rapids. It’ll decrease the breakdown of acetylcholine while increasing the circulation of the powerful neurotransmitter. It is also found to help increase the production of new brain cells.
You’ll probably get 100mcg of this since you’re going to take 2 scoops of this if you’re not stacking it with other supplements.
Is it really 50 servings?
Unless you skipped through the ingredients, you know you’ll need 50 servings to get any benefits from this pre workout.
Sure you might get the “feels” from the caffeine in this at 1 to 1.5 scoops but if you really want to get an edge and take advantage of your results you’ll take 2 scoops.
Controlled Labs… What the crap?
No they aren’t trying to trick you by stating 50 servings… But they want you to stack with other ingredients and / or supplements.
Which is why they released non-stimulant pre workouts like White Pipes and low stimulant like STIMino.
The combo effect of seeing 50 servings and the addition of their new line of supplements is a marketing tactic to get more profit but also to make it easier to stack for people who usually do stack. There are always people asking what they can take with their pre workout.
Unlike Other Pre Workouts…
White Rapids actually admit that they want you to stack or take 2 scoops. Most pre workouts will just have that fine print of “take up to 3 scoops” and the ingredients would be in proprietary blends. So high 5 to you CL!
Okay this has 150 mg of caffeine per one scoop, which means you can stack with anything else that has little to no caffeine. To make things simple, find another product that says “take 1 to 2 scoops” as that’ll most likely be a product you can stack White Rapids with..
But if you’re on a budget, I would recommend taking only White Rapids and take it at 2 scoops, maybe 1.5 if you’re really tight on cash.
And if you really can’t afford supplements, focus on your diet because that’ll be the number one factor in your gains, always.
I’m going to make things even simpler and find you products you can stack White Rapids with.
You can either get a combination of these bulk ingredients or just get one by itself or even better if you already have one or more of these bulk ingredients OR you can simply get a pre-made supplement that has a formula that is stackable with White Rapids…
