  •  /  Top Pre Workouts For Muscle Gains – 2017 Buying Guide (Pumps, Energy, DMAA, & More)

I'm sure you've noticed there's something behind every beastly lifter...

And no I'm not talking about a spotter.

It's a powerful, energizing supplement that pushes them past their limits.

Okay that may not be 100% true, but you gotta admit, pre workouts are pure awesome.

They can fuel you for an intense workout and help you get into your "Terminator Zone".

But this isn't any list...

This is a carefully and uniquely crafted buying guide (with a top 10 list of course) but listed with pre workouts that cater to different purposes and goals...

The problem with most top 10 lists out there, is that there's nothing is in it for you.

You should pick a pre workout according to what you want to achieve, not what someone else recommends to everyone.

If you're on a budget, you can always check on our Best Deals page for ongoing sales and coupon codes.

Reviews

No hype, just the good (and bad) of each pre workout.

The Best Buying Guide To Pre Workouts

We believe there's absolutely no such thing as "the best pre workout".

So this guide will show you recommendations based on your preferences.

If you'd like to see our top 10 list, you can just choose to see our top 10 pre workout list below (which is based on our favorites).

Also check out the best ingredients / pre workout guide at the bottom of this...

No Pixie Dust or Proprietary Blends

Gains can't be made from mini 5 gram scoops that are filled with 5 to 10 different ingredients.

There may be some proprietary blends but it won't be 12 different ingredients hidden in a 5 gram blend.

Not For Sale, No Ads

We never accept bribes from supplement companies to get to a certain position in our list.

There are absolutely no ads on our website and we don't sell our opinions.

Pre workouts here are ranked according to a couple factors, one being that they are open-label (Some may not be fully disclosed but they still work), and that they have ingredients that support their claims.

Underground Hardcore to Muscle Building Pre Workouts

We could be like most sites and just give you what you want to see...

Which would be overpriced pre workouts with shiny labels and laughingly under-dosed ingredients that have absolutely no benefit for you.

We strive on the hardcore stuff.

Whether a pre workout is banned in your country or if it's just regular but clinically dosed formula's, we list it.

You can use any of these pre's (if you have the consent of a medical professional) as long as you don't go over the recommended servings or have any pre-existing conditions.

Stimulant-Free Pre Workouts

Stimulant free pre workouts shouldn't just be a couple of beneficial, muscle building ingredients but instead they should provide all kinds of ingredients that support mental and physical performance (and pumps!).

These are well rounded pre workouts that'll help you push beyond your limits without the use of stimulants.

Stimulant-Free Pre Workouts For Pumps, Focus & Muscle Gains

1. PreSeries STIM-FREE by Transparent Labs

Ingredients:

  • 6g Citrulline Malate
  • 4g BCAA's
  • 4g Beta Alanine
  • 3g Creatine HCl
  • 2.5g BetaPure Betaine Anhydrous
  • And much more...

Whether you're trying to make gains or make the most out of your workouts, you can't go wrong with PreSeries STIM-FREE

With 4g of beta alanine, 4g of BCAA's and much more, your strength and performance will skyrocket and even more if you continuously take this.

This doesn't just have a bunch of ingredients that are under-dosed and hidden in prop blends.

It's fully disclosed and it goes over in dosages so you're ensured to make the most out of your training.

This is perfect if you're training first thing in the morning as it has BCAA's but it can really be taken anytime as it's free of stims.

2. Genius PRE Workout by Genius Brand

Ingredients:

  • 6g Citrulline Malate
  • 3g Beta Alanine
  • 2g Betaine
  • 1g L-Tyrosine
  • 1g L-Arginine
  • 1g Taurine
  • 600mg AlphaSize
  • 500mg HICA
  • 150mg ElevATP
  • And much more...

25% off coupon code: 25TEAMG3

One look at this formula and you'd probably agree that this looks like an awesome non-stim pre workout.

It has everything from citrulline malate, betaine to tyrosine and even a full serving of AlphaSize and HICA for extra strength and recovery.

One thing that looks odd is the included gram of L-Arginine but the only reason why it's there is to make the pre workout taste better.

The people behind the Genius Brand are only including L-Arginine to counteract the bad taste of citrulline malate.

There's 30mg of theobromine but nothing significant that will make you stay up at night if you take this late.

What Genius is trying to do here is to create an epic pre workout that doesn't need stimulants.

A pre workout should increase performance, not make you feel like a crackhead.

If you really wanted to, you could use and add in their Genius Caffeine, supplement which is sold separately.

3. Conqu3r Unleashed by Olympus Labs

Ingredients:

  • 5 Patent Ingredients

  • 2g Hydromax
  • 1.5g Nitrosigine

It's jam packed with 5 patent ingredients that help build muscle and strength.

They've disclosed every single ingredient in this pre workout. This version (stim free) has the 300mg of caffeine removed, and they've added adaptogens.

You'll be going strong with this stuff.

It's got all kinds of nitric oxide which will help you get pumps from all kinds of angles and pathways.

This stuff has got all kinds of nitric oxide which will help you get pumps from all pathways.

The only downside is that there's not much research done on COP (Creatinol-O-Phosphate) but there's plenty of anecdotal reports of users who experienced strength gains while using COP.

4. Ergonine by PES

Ingredients:

  • 3g Creatine (TrueCreatineTM)
  • 2.5g Betaine Anhydrous
  • 2.5g SynerGlut Blend (L-Alanine, L-Glutamine)

  • 1.5g Hydroxy-Isocaproic (HICA)

Ergonine is the type of supplement that'll replace many of your supplements.

It's an epic, all-in-one pre workout that'll help increase your endurance, muscular strength, gains and much more.

While it doesn't have BCAA's but it does have HICA, which is a metabolite of Leucine, the most anabolic part of BCAA's.

Leucine has been shown to trigger the mTOR pathway, which stimulates protein synthesis for more muscle gains.

Without stims, Ergonine is the perfect pre workout to take. Take it continuously to maximize the benefits from the ingredients.

This is one of the few all-in-one pre workouts... take advantage of it.

It doesn't only have creatine, but it also has l-carnitine-l-tartrate for limitless-like endurance, and increased recovery.

5. HemaVO2 by iForce Nutrition

Ingredients:

  • 1g Creatine Nitrate
  • 2g Citrulline
  • 1g Agmatine
  • 2.5g Betaine
  • Nootropic And Focus Blend

iForce has literally been owning the category of stim-free nitric oxide pre workouts.

The latest HemaVO2 is the upgraded version of their original legendary Hemavol.

With some great ingredients for muscle building and even better pumps than their original Hemavol, you can't go wrong with the V2.

Betaine anhydrous is included at 2.5 grams, and creatine nitrate at 1 gram. For maximum pumps, they've included 2 grams of L-Citrulline and a gram of agmatine.

Instead of leaving it as a super nitric oxide supplement though, they've also included a focus and mind blend that include a gram of choline bitartrate and 200mg of DMAE.

Both of which are generously dosed as most pre workouts have only half of those doses!

As far as nitric oxide goes, you're in for some painful pumps, and not to mention, amazing endurance.

You should feel pretty focused with the fully dosed choline and DMAE, as well as agmatine which has some cognitive and mood support.

This is definitely a step up from their original Hemavol and you can't go wrong with their latest HemaVO2.

Pros

  • Fully dosed with no pixie dust ingredients
  • Fully disclosed
  • Strong, long lasting pumps
  • Muscle and strength gains

Cons

  • Only one size: 25 servings

6. High Volume by PES

Ingredients:

  • 4g Citrulline
  • 2g Arginine Nitrate
  • 3.75g Performance and Pump Blend

While High Volume isn't really focused on the "mental edge" aspect, but with AmentoMAX and its' anecdotal reports on mood, you may be more in the zone with this.

The entire label is literally filled with ingredients that are not only going to increase nitric oxide (pumps) but it'll help enhance muscle growth as well.

It's got 4 grams of pure citrulline, 2 grams of arginine nitrate, a gram of agmatine sulfate, and a whole bunch of performance enhancing ingredients.

The best part is you can easily double your servings by only using 1 serving as it would be more than enough for decent pumps and performance gains.

The nitric oxide enhancing ingredients in here are easily going to ignite some strong pumps as it'll be using multiple pathways with the first blend alone.

You'll get even further pumps with HydroMax (with "water pumps).

The result of this pre workout will be super enhanced workout with strong endurance and a swole body that'll demand some 'miring.

Pros

  • Full dose of arginine nitrate (2g)
  • Mostly disclosed ingredients
  • Nitric oxide elevated from all pathways
  • Muscle and strength gains

Cons

  • 18 full servings (can be 36 servings if you only use one scoop)

Stop! End of the stimulant free list...

Best Pump Pre Workouts

Pumps, pumps and more pumps.

Look no further if you want to experience the life of the "Swole".

If you're after nitric oxide filled pre workouts, then you are in the right spot.

Also see our buying guide for nitric oxide supplements.

These are the best pre workouts for pumps, with or without stims.

1. Plasma Jet by Gaspari Nutrition

Ingredients:

  • 250mg blend of N(omega)-hydroxy-nor-L-Arginine & Boron amino acid chelate
  • 466mg Green Coffee Extract, Green Tea Extract, Theobroma Cocoa Seed Extract, Inosine, ATP, Alpha-Yohimbine
  • 3.5g HydroMax, Nitrosigine, Citrulline Silicate, Choline Bitratrate, Phosphatidylserine,  Phosphatidylcholine
  • And more...

The legend is back and it's looking better than ever.

While some of the ingredients may leave you with a giant question mark over your head, they are actually simple to understand and the formula that Gaspari mixed up here seems to be quite effective.

The first blend helps stop arginine from breaking down, thanks to its ability to massively inhibit the production of arginase...

Leaving you pumped and full all day long!

Next up is a bit of caffeine (just around 50mg) to act a bit like a vasodilator, as Gaspari stated that too much caffeine can be a little vasoconstrictive.

The rest of the ingredients in this blend help increase oxygen uptake as well as ATP production so you're less fatigued and can last throughout your intense workout.

And then we have arginine and citrulline silicate for some more N.O. action and you'll definitely feel these as they are both extremely bioavailable.

Take 4 of these capsules 30 to 60 minutes before your workout and you'll be nicely primed with powerful nitric oxide boosters.

Careful not to take these for more than 5 days in a week... they are that strong

You can grab the Superpump 250 (DMAA) and Plasma Jet combo for a good deal here.

Use this 5% off coupon code: FITFREK5

2. High Volume by PES

Ingredients:

  • 4g Citrulline
  • 2g Arginine Nitrate
  • 3.75g Performance and Pump Blend

High Volume was made for one thing and one thing only; pumps.

It's filled with nitrates (2g of arginine nitrates) and other nitric oxide ingredients that help increase your N.O. levels from all pathways.

You won't only benefit from the nitric oxide here as it has "water based" pumps as well (HydroMax), which helps increase muscle fullness and nutrient delivery (by theory).

High Volume is complete with ingredients that are not only going to increase nitric oxide (pumps) but it'll help enhance muscle growth and mood (AmentoMax)

It's got 4 grams of pure citrulline, 2 grams of arginine nitrate, a gram of agmatine sulfate, and a whole bunch of performance enhancing ingredients.

  • 2g Citrulline
  • 1g Agmatine
  • 2.5g Betaine
  • Nootropic And Focus Blend

Look no further, the force of the pumps is within the iForce.

This is the latest Hemavol (HemaVO2 Max) and it's much of an improvement from the first version.

Betaine anhydrous is included at 2.5 grams, and creatine nitrate at 1 gram. For maximum pumps, they've included 2 grams of L-Citrulline and a gram of agmatine.

It's not just a pump pre workout thought as it has a focus and mind blend that include a gram of choline bitartrate and 200mg of DMAE.

With HemaVO2 Max you're in for some painful pumps, and not to mention, amazing endurance.

You should feel pretty focused with the fully dosed choline and DMAE, as well as agmatine which has some cognitive and mood support.

Pros

  • Fully dosed with no pixie dust ingredients
  • Fully disclosed

4. NO3 Chrome By Cellucor

Ingredients:

  • 1250mg Arginine Nitrate
  • 750mg Vascularity Complex (Nitrosigine, Citrulline Malate, Grape Seed Extract)
  • Creatine And Stim Free
  • 90 capsules

Move over C4, this nitric oxide booster isn't any pre workout.

It's NO3 Chrome and it doesn't have anything but N.O. boosters.

Without any creatine or stims, you can bet you can stack this with any pre workout, or even with the other nitric oxide supplements listed here. (Like 1 scoop Hemav02 and 1-2 capsules of NO3 Chrome)

Every 3 capsules features 1250mg of arginine nitrate and 750mg of Nitrosigine, citrulline malate and grape seed extract.

Though it's in a complex, you're most likely still going to get some nice pumps from the combination of the ingredients (mainly from the nitrates).

So if you're currently taking a pre workout that is low on nitrates, then you can stack this with it. (See all the nitric oxide supplements here)

NO3 Chrome will provide some intense pumps, you may even cut your workout short as the nitrates alone here will be more than enough to get the job done.

Pros

  • Nice dosage of nitrates
  • No creatine or stims
  • Purely one purpose (pumps)

Cons

  • Complex is proprietary and underdosed
  • Expensive

  • 6g of Citrulline Malate
  • 1.3g of Taurine
  • 60mg of L-Norvaline

Budget and Value Based Pre Workout Supplements

(See our deals page for the best sales and coupon codes)

We all need to save money so when it comes to buying supplements, it makes sense to get the most bang for your buck.

Now keep in mind if you're able to stretch your budget a bit you can benefit more from the various ingredients found in our top 10 list below.

Or you could simply buy a pre workout with full servings and take only half or less of a serving to make it last longer. Not a bad idea right?

Going rambo before a workout could just mean a cup of coffee for you or a caffeine pill.

So keep it simple if you're just looking for energy.

If you wanted pumps on top of that energy, you could just get bulk agmatine and/or citrulline and you'd be set to go.

Enhance that focus further with choline, ALCAR (acetyl-L-carnitine), and/or tyrosine.

1. Bulk Caffeine Tabs or Powders

Key Features:

  • Increases energy and alertness
  • Increases power output and endurance
  • Cheap
  • Adjustable dosing

Without caffeine, you don't really have a pre workout (unless it's stimulant free of course).

Caffeine has been proven to be an endurance booster, focus enhancer and helps you stay alert and awake throughout your workout.

To make the energy smoother, you could combine it with l-theanine, which is basically what gives green tea that "in-the-zone" focus.

Now if you really wanted to go nuts, caffeine can be combined with DMAA for a deadly one-two punch for off the wall energy.

Caffeine can be dosed anywhere up to 300mg (any further and you won't benefit as much as stimulants can cause vasoconstriction, aka less pumps and blood flow!).

The choice of pills or powders only depends on what you're willing to work with.

Pros

  • Can easily adjust dosage (a scale is recommended if using bulk powders)
  • Promotes alertness and wakefullness
  • Increases energy and endurance
  • Proven several times by studies and research to work as claimed

Cons

  • Tolerance is easily built
  • More than 300mg will have more disadvantages than advantages

Aggressive Pre Workouts

Some pre workouts help give that aggressive edge.

These pre workouts will help unleash the beast from within and help you get into the zone like no other.

1. Frenzy By Driven Sports

Ingredients:

  • 4.9g Creatine, Taurine, L-Citrulline, Pouchung Tea, B-Phenylethylamine HCI
  • And more...

Okay you are probably aware of the whole Driven Sports and Craze adventures but if you're not, get caught up.

I've taken the risk of trying Frenzy 3 times now (my friends have taken it as well) and none of us are really being tested so we don't know if this doesn't contain any banned substances, but we can tell you that there is nothing in here that made Craze what it was.

One look at Frenzy's formula and you'd laugh your ass off.

But formula's and company's reputation for being sneaky with their previous supplements, Frenzy is one pwo that will ignite your inner beast.

If you've trained for years then you'd remember when you first started training, with that motivational, emotional mentality of a hungry beast and raw passion for lifting weights, right?

This is what Frenzy brings back out for you.

Be aware though, don't use this more than 3-4 times a week or that damn tolerance will build up.

You can take it a step further and combining it with Craze V2 for crazy tunnel focus and endurance.

But unfortunately none of Driven Sports current line of supplements will give what Craze gave in terms of euphoria and "feels".

I highly recommend Frenzy but it isn't widely available.

Pros

  • Increased aggression
  • Increased strength and gains
  • Tastes like soda pop (can be addicting)
  • Feel 18 again with motivation and aggression

Cons

  • Not widely available
  • Company has sketchy history

2. Mesomorph by APS Nutrition

Ingredients:

  • 6.5g Beta Alanine, L-Citrulline DL-Malate, Arginine AKG
  • 4.5g Creatine, L-Taurine, Creatine Nitrate, Creatinol-O-Phosphate, Agmatine Sulfate
  • 65mg DMAA
  • And much more...

Mesomorph is one of the few pre workouts that have DMAA but it's way better than Jack3d or anything of that kind.

With 15 grams of ingredients, it's jam packed with everything from nitrates, beta alanine to citrulline malate, creationol-o-phosphate, you'll surely have a sick pump going.

Mesomorph has that aggressive kick that everyone looks for from a pre workout and we haven't seen much of this since the days of Jack3d, Craze and the likes.

Every scoop has 65mg of DMAA so assess yourself with half a scoop!

Creatine nitrate, 3.2g of beta alanine and a whole bunch of focus and energy based ingredients are included in Mesomorph.

If you're new to pre workouts, you should start with something that has way less stimulants and a bit more ergonomic based ingredients.

Use this coupon code for 5% off: FITFREK5

Pros

  • Limitless-like energy and focus
  • Great ingredients for endurance and pumps
  • Tolerance is hard to develop
  • 15 grams of active ingredients per scoop

Cons

  • Expensive (but high quality ingredients)

3. Bullnox (B-NOX) by Betancourt

Ingredients:

  • 18g Blend
  • Carbs, L-Taurine, Beta-Alanine, MCT's, Creatine
  • Caffeine, N-Acteyl-L-Tyrosine, Guarana
  • BCAA Nitrates
  • ZMA, Maca Extract, Horny Goat Weed
  • And more...

Bullnox (B-NOX) provides some crazy aggressive energy and motivation.

Though sometimes it's a hit or miss with aggression, it certainly ignites some inner motivation to lift harder and more.

Bullnox has a formula that enhances natural testosterone levels (don't expect too much of a surge!) and increase muscle growth.

You'll sometimes feel like the hulk on this as many people have reported.

The increase in strength, focus, and mood...it makes one want to literally destroy their workout. And you do.

It makes you strong, aggressive, and powerful, Bullnox gives that beast-like kick that everyone looks for prior to a workout.

Try not lifting your best with Bullnox. You'll feel like a teen again.

Pros

  • Aggressive Energy
  • Affordable
  • Good focus and pumps
  • Increases motivation and drive

Cons

  • Tolerance builds up quickly
  • Proprietary blends

4. NitraFlex by GAT

Ingredient label tries to confuse you, but it's still a very solid pwo.

Ingredients:

  • 325mg Caffeine
  • Resveratrol and Pterostilbene
  • Citrulline, Arginine
  • Carnosyn
  • DMAE
  • And much more...

GAT seem to try to do their best to make their ingredient label super scientific with their official names.

We don't know why they did what they did, but this pre workout still kicks ass.

This carves it's own category of pre workouts.

In its proprietary features a bunch of nice pump enhancing ingredients like pure citrulline, and some arginine AKG.

Testosterone boosters and pre workouts aren't really a big thing but these two ingredients, resveratrol and tesorbine may be what makes it feel super aggressive and competitive feeling.

5. JP8x by Get Diesel

Ingredients: (per 1.75 scoops):

  • 35mg DHEA
  • 4.3g Creatine
  • 4g Citrulline, Taurine, ALA
  • 3g Acetyl-L-Carnitine HCI, DMAE
  • And much more...

Jp8x doesn't sound like your average pre workout. And trust me, it's not.

Get Diesel has been making epic pre workouts since the early 2000's and are still doing amazing.

Jp8x will get you feeling aggressive, strong and performing at the top of your game.

After about 10 minutes, you'll feel this pre workout kick in and you'll want to kick some ass.

With 20 scoops per bottle and 30 grams per scoop, you'll get the best bang for your buck while making the most out of your workouts.

Stop! End of the aggressive pre workouts list...

3. Dust Extreme by Blackstone Labs

Ingredients:

  • 4g Citrulline Malate
  • 2.5g Beta-Alanine
  • 1g Agmatine
  • 75 Higenamine

Dust Extreme brings 75mg of DMAA, 350mg of caffeine, and 75mg of higenamine all into one single scoop.

And if that's not enough, every scoop has 1g of agmatine, 4g of citrulline malate and 2.5 of beta alanine.

You won't only be jumping off walls with the stims, but you'll also be itching from the BA and getting massive pumps from agmatine.

This is may as well be one of the only DMAA based pre workouts that is fully disclosed and doesn't hide a thing.

You should not be using this at the full serving.

Stick to half a scoop unless you want your heart feeling like it'll burst from your chest.

Blackstone Labs has discontinued the DMAA version because of a recent FDA raid so they have reformulated it.

But now they've teamed up with Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals, they'll continue producing the original formula.

Get it and stock up before it's gone for good.

Pros

  • Fully disclosed ingredients

  • 75mg DMAA
  • And much more...

Just 5mg more DMAA  per serving than Mesomorph, Wicked is a pre workout that should not be messed with.

With 300mg of caffeine and 70mg of DMAA per serving, you do not want to take this as your first pre workout.

There's no doubt you'll be on the verge of taking a most-needed stimulant break after a bottle of Wicked.

Innovative Labs are proud to pack their supplements with DMAA, and Wicked is their latest creation.

Like Mesomorph, it has nitrates and a nice list of nitric oxide ingredients.

You should get a nice mean pump going, but you'll mainly be full of energy after taking this. Try not going to the gym after consuming a serving of this stuff.

Pros

  • Packed with stimulants and DMAA
  • Ingredients like nitrates for pump and endurance.
  • Stim-junkies dream pre workout
  • 30 full servings

Cons

Seeing how successful Pre-Jym has been, it comes with no surprise that they are taking another athlete to replicate similar success.

Pre-Kaged is more of a "natural" pre workout, the flavoring, ingredients (BCAA's and citrulline are both fermented so safe for vegan's).

Each scoop provides 274mg of caffeine, 6.5 of pure l-citrulline for epic pumps and 1.85 of focus enhancing tyrosine (1g is coming from N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine).

It's got a little less than 5g of leucine and less than a gram of both L-valine and L-isoleucine. Each scoop also has 100mg of ORAC greens which should protect again free radical damage and strengthen your immune system.

These 2 stimulants, paired with caffeine, synephrine HCl, alpha yohimbe and a couple of other VO2 boosting ingredients, will have you feeling energized and focused without the slightest sign of fatigue.

Click here to see the ingredients (per 2 scoops)

Either way, this has got the stims that Pre-Jym and Pre-Kaged doesn't have.

DVST8 gets the edge by providing some solid tunnel-like focus and energy as well as including the ergonomic ingredients that'll help you make solid gains and performance.

This is every stim-lover's dream.

For some mental support, Pre-Jym has got 300mg of alpha GPC (high quality choline), some huperzine, and a nice dose of tyrosine at 1.5g.

There's a 2 gram dose of creatine, which is nice but not enough if you want to take full advantage of it.

The 1.5 gram betaine dose isn't enough either so you'll have to add in some extra for maximum benefits.

All in all though, Pre-Jym has got what it takes to enhance your performance to a higher level.

With BCAA's, focus-based ingredients, and a whole bunch of pump-enhancing goodies, you'll definitely be impressed with this one.

6. Carbon PREP by Layne Norton

  • 3g Creatine Monohydrate
  • 2.5g Betaine Anhydrous
  • 2g Astragalus Membranaceus
  • 1g L-Carnitine L-Tartrate
  • 450mg Cocoa Seed Powder
  • And much more...

Layne Norton, a famous athlete that has got a nice selling pre workout exclusive to bodybuilding.com, has got his face plastered all over Carbon PREP.

It's kind of a stimulant free pre workout, though it has 27mg of theobromine which is much less potent than caffeine so you probably won't feel it much.

Each scoop provides 3g of creatine, 2.5g of betaine anhydrous and a nice dose of astragalus for long lasting workouts.

You won't need to add anything extra to Carbon for the maximum benefits.

Carbon PREP doesn't have BCAA's but it does have a nice dose of citrulline malate at 6 grams for some nice strong pumps and endurance.

Overall, this is a great pre workout over the other 2 (Pre-Jym and Pre-Kaged) if you're on a stimulant break.

It's got a full dose of both creatine and betaine anhydrous so you'll definitely reap the benefits for strength and muscle gains.

7. Pulse by LEGION

  • 4.8g Beta-Alanine
  • 2.5g Betaine Anhydrous
  • 2.2g L-Ornithine HCL
  • 350mg Caffeine
  • And more...

This is a pre workout that is completely taking over Amazon's supplement section.

A quick glance at the profile should explain why it's selling so well.

It's got a 8 gram dose of L-citrulline malate, 4.8 grams of beta alanine, 2.5 grams of betaine anhydrous, 2.2 of ornithine HCL, 350mg of caffeine and 350mg of L-theanine for that in-the-zone focus.

Okay that 4.8 gram dose of beta alanine sounds itchy as hell, but eventually you may get used to it, and if you can overcome that, you'll be in for a nice treat of a pump as each scoop is packed with 8 grams of citrulline malate (ridiculous pumps!).

The reviews shouldn't be taken at heart as half of them are fans of Mike Matthews (the creator of this pre workout, runs Muscle For Life).

Top 10 Pre Workout Lists

Do you want exotic stimulants in your pre workout, or standard stimulants?

APS's Mesomorph is at the top of our exotic pre workout list (click here to jump down to this list)...

Pre Extreme is at the very top of our standard list (click here to jump down to this list)...

If you want something with any hard hitting stims like 1,3 DMAA, ephedra, DMHA, etc, then click on the exotic stims list

If you want something that is epic but doesn't contain hard hitting stimulants that are possibly banned, then go for the standard stims list...

Pick one below...

The first one you'll see is the "Top Pre Workouts With Exotic Stims", these include pre workouts that have exotic stimulants like DMAA, DMHA, DMBA, etc.

The second list is for pre workouts that do not have next level stimulants and just have common stims that are still strong like caffeine, yohimbine, etc.

Both lists will help you take your workouts to the next level.

But the biggest difference is that the first list has stimulants which have been introduced in the past few years and do not rely on caffeine for energy.

If you're being drug tested and / or have any medical conditions (or just a plain noobie with pre workouts), we recommend sticking to the second list.

You may just be cycling off hardcore stimulants so you'll want to stick to the 2nd list (without exotic stims) or even better, use the non stimulant pre workouts.

Top 10 Pre Workouts For Muscle Gains (With Exotic Stimulants)

Finally, after days and months of research, we've compiled the best and top 10 pre workouts overall.

It really wasn't easy and this list is never final, it's continuously being updated.

Some pre workouts are switched around, some are removed and others are added.

This list is continuously updated.

These pre workouts contain any hard hitting stimulants like; DMHA, DMAA, Ephedra, DMBA and more...

11. Frenzy By Driven Sports

Ingredients:

  • 4.9g Creatine, Taurine, L-Citrulline, Pouchung Tea, B-Phenylethylamine HCI
  • And more...

Take this at your own risk (though I've taken it many times and I've survived...ha!).

Frenzy is a joke if you're a supplement expert. Look at those ingredients, you can count them on one hand!

But believe us when we say this is simply the bomb....

Driven Sports is sneaky as a duck when it comes to the labels so we don't know if there's something tricky about this but we do know it increases aggression and motivation as if we were 18 again.

Remember when you first started training and you were young, you had an unbelievable source of rage (hopefully) right?

That's what you'll feel off this.

No you won't experience any feels or super tunnel focus (you will with the next pre workout on this list).

This is literally like Bullnox but on steroids.

If the Hulk and Superwoman had a son, this would be the result....

You can take it a step further and combining it with Craze V2 for crazy tunnel focus and endurance.

Pros

  • Increased aggression
  • Increased strength and gains
  • Tastes like soda pop (can be addicting)
  • Feel 18 again with motivation and aggression

Cons

  • Not widely available
  • Company has sketchy history

10. Limitless by InnovaPharm

Nootropics, DMHA, pumps and citrulline.... What more could you possibly need?

Okay maybe less prop blends and more disclosures right?

Limitless is more than a pre workout, it is a hybrid between being a true mental and physical enhancer.

The formula contains phenylpiracetem, a super strong brain booster which is one of the many racetams .

It has the potential to not only boost memory and learning, but motivation and drive as well.

Limitless also has DMHA, 2-amino-6-methylheptane, which is the more euphoria promoting ingredient (in comparison to DMAA).

It finishes the formula strong with 4 grams of pure citrulline and a full gram of agmatine.

Ingredients:

  • 3g Beta-O (Beta-Alanine Ororate)
  • 1g LOLA (L-Ornithine L-Aspartrate)
  • 4g Citrulline
  • 2g Glycerol
  • 1g Agmatine
  • Eria Jarensis, Bitter Orange, Caffeine, B-Phenylethylamine HCL
  • And much more...

HyperMax is exactly what the name suggests.

It combines ingredients which work in synergy for more energy and performance in the gym.

It starts off with beta alanine but it is a new form as it's bonded with Orotate.

Orotate, also known as orotic acid, will help drive up carnosine production.

And then we have the other ingredients like the nitric oxide blend of citrulline (4 grams), glycerol and agmatine, which are all fully dosed and will provide some nasty pumps.

The stimulant blend is also well thought out as it has Eria Jarensis, a exotic and focus boosting ingredient and much more.

This is a great pre for stim lovers and pump chasers alike.

Ingredients:

  • 5 Patent Ingredients
  • 4g Citrulline
  • 2g HydroMax
  • 1.5g Nitrosigine
  • 1g Agmatine
  • And Much More

(This pre workout is on a Buy 1 Get 1 free sale!)

The Demigod of a company has jam packed this pre workout with all kind goodies.

For every 2 scoops, you get more than enough ingredients to blast through your workouts with energy, strength and pumps.

It's takes the best features of the original and makes it even better with some upgrades.

For every 2 scoops, you get more than enough ingredients to blast through your workouts with energy, strength and pumps.

Pros

  • Multiple nitric oxide ingredients
  • Strength and muscle gains
  • Great energy and focus
  • 14 grams of active ingredients per serving

Cons

  • Not widely available

7. Superpump 250 by Gaspari Nutrition

Ingredients:

  • 1g Creatine HCl
  • 3g Citrulline Silicate
  • 750mg Agmatine Silicate
  • 3g L-Taurine, L-Tyrosine, Red Wine Extract

You'll get some awesome energy and focus with the big dosage of DMAA (70mg), 250mg of caffeine and 30mg of Theobroma.

DMAA is just the touch of what Superpump can do...

It's also got hefty dosages of citrulline silicate and agmatine silicate, both are super effective nitric oxide boosters.

To top it off, it features both 4-hydroxyisoleucine and cinnamic aldehyde which help with insulin sensitivity and can help store more glycogen in muscles.

Pros

  • 70mg of DMAA for energy and focus
  • Strong nitric oxide booster
  • Silicate bonded pump ingredients for maximum performance
  • Various ingredients for better pumps

Cons

  • Prop blends

6. DVST8 White Cut by Inspired Nutraceuticals

Ingredients: (per 2 scoops):

  • 8g L-Citrulline
  • 4g Betaine Anhydrous
  • 3.2g Beta-Alanine
  • 2g L-Taurine
  • 100mg Theobromine
  • 40mg Higenamine HCl
  • 2-aminoisoheptane (DMHA)
  • Synephrine HCl
  • And much more...

DVST8 is the first pre workout have clinically dosed ingredients combined with DMHA.

With Pre Jym and Pre Kaged around, you'd think nothing could come close.

And with Mesomorph in the first position of our top 10, there's just no more room for a unique pre workout, right?

Wrong.

DVST8 is a different kind of pre workout.

It has fully dosed ingredients that'll provide massive pumps, muscle volumization and muscular endurance to take your workouts to a whole new level.

With 8 grams of pure citrulline, 3.2 grams of beta alanine, DMHA and a combination of 3 different types of caffeine, it'll provide a nice flow of energy that'll last your whole workout.

Pros

  • Long lasting and smooth energy
  • Full, clinically dosed ingredients for pumps
  • Well balanced formula
  • Great combination of stimulants and ingredients

Cons

  • Expensive

5. BloodShr3d by Olympus Labs

Alphamine reigned as the best powder based thermogenics out there, but since they've reformulated it into something soft, there's been an empty gap in the market for this category.

So BloodShr3d was born (thanks Olympus Labs!).

BloodShr3d takes caffeine, Eria Jarensis, J.Regia and a whole bunch of ingredients to make something powerful for energy and drive.

It uses a full gram of green coffee, extracted for Chlorogenic acid, which stimulates fatty acids and decreases insulin resistance.

It features a moderate dose of caffeine (250mg), you'll likely be energized from the extreme energy blend (containing a DMAA alternative, 2-amino-5 but also eria jarensis which is packed with a number of PEA type of ingredients).

You'll get a nice steady flow of euphoria from BloodShr3d here.

The war edition doesn't have alpha-yohimbine, while the raw edition contains a hefty amount of 6mg.

Pros

  • Contains exotic stimulants
  • Packs a powerful punch for energy
  • Burns fat and prevents weight gain
  • Great mix of stimulants, only 250mg of caffeine
  • Has 2-amino-5, stronger than 2-amino-6 (DMHA, a DMAA alternative)

Cons

  • Prop blends

4. Kraken by Sparta Nutrition

Warning: giant dose of Eria Jarensis ahead!

Kraken is packing energy, focus and euphoria in one bottle, and most impressive part about this pre workout is that it's only using 200mg of caffeine.

The reason for that is because it's using big doses of Eria, DMHA, NALT and vitamin B12.

So as you can see, they are making sure you are getting the best bang for your buck here by using premium sources of stimulants (instead of solely depending on caffeine).

That's not all though, it also has 3.2g beta alanine, 4g citrulline, 2g hydromax and a full gram of agmatine (and more of course...)

3. Total War by RedCon1

RedCon1

RedCon1 has a strong pre workout formulated here and it's achieved this top 10 list while keeping a moderate caffeine dose (250mg!).

Total War combines multiple stimulants to work in synergy to put you in a state of high alert and focus.

With 100mg DMHA, 125mg Jarensis extract, 50mg theobroma coca extract, 25mg higenmine, and 2mg alpha-yohimbine, there's no doubt you'll experience energy from all levels here.

The formula is disclosed so there's no guessing what each ingredient is dosed at.

Pros

  • Various stimulants that hit at different levels
  • Only 250mg caffeine
  • 100mg DMHA for a smooth kick of energy
  • 100% transparent label with clinical doses
  • True one scooper

Cons

  • A bit pricey

2. Hydrazine by Hydrapharm

You would think Craze has made it's way into in this bottle after trying it...

Hydrazine is a hardcore pre workout that will send you a kick right in the ass.

It has a formula that doesn't solely use caffeine for energy (sound familiar?).

The various ingredients in here should increase focus and performance and really put you in the zone to destroy your workouts.

Now the ingredients in here do not look traditional but do not let that fool you.

The only reason why this isn't in the #1 spot in the list is because of the price.... (though it's worth it 100%!)

Check out the reviews (click the gray box below) and see what people say about this...

Click here to read the reviews...

Pros

  • Referred to as a Craze replacement
  • 2 pills is more than enough per serving
  • Increase in focus and drive
  • Mood and drive support

Cons

  • Expensive (probably because it is like Craze)
  • Hard to find

1. Mesomorph by APS Nutrition

Ingredients:

  • 6.5g Beta Alanine, L-Citrulline DL-Malate, Arginine AKG
  • 4.5g Creatine, L-Taurine, Creatine Nitrate, Creatinol-O-Phosphate, Agmatine Sulfate
  • 65mg DMAA
  • And much more...

This here isn't a pre workout for the weak...

It's got something most pre workouts don't, and that's a big fat dose (65mg) of DMAA.

That's not all it's got though.

Every scoop leads to a super intense tunnel-like focused that'll also ignite some strong pumps and limitless-like energy.

If you like that word, limitless, then you most likely have used Craze, and this is probably the next best thing.

It won't increase your heart rate to the point of no return, like many concentrated pre workouts, instead, it'll place you into a very dark, but narrow pointed focus.

Creatine nitrate, 3.2g of beta alanine and a whole bunch of focus and energy based ingredients are included in Mesomorph.

If you're new to pre workouts, you should start with something that has way less stimulants and a bit more ergonomic based ingredients.

Use this 5% off coupon code: fitfrek5

Pros

  • Limitless-like energy and focus
  • Great ingredients for endurance and pumps
  • Tolerance is hard to develop
  • 15 grams of active ingredients per scoop

Cons

  • Expensive (but high quality ingredients)
Top Pre Workouts For Muscle Gains (With Standard Stims)

You're here because you either are an athlete who is being drug tested, and / or you have health conditions that won't let you have exotic stimulants (you should always check with a doctor before using any supplement to get your A-OK).

These pre workouts are a bit on the healthier side as they use traditional stimulants.

10. Pre Hak by HAK Nutrition

Ingredients:

  • 6g Citrulline Malate
  • 6g BCAA
  • 2.5g Betaine Anhydrous
  • 2g Creatine HCL
  • 2g Taurine
  • 275mg Caffeine
  • 25mg TeaCrine
  • And much more...

Now here is a pre workout that is not only completely disclosed, but can be used without feeling like you've taken in 15 cups of coffee.

Pre Hak is a new pre workout that combines ergogenic aids with a decent blend of focus compounds that'll get you into the mindset of zoning into the iron and your muscles.

It has lots of citrulline malate and N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine to ensure that you recover and go head-on with full power and endurance with your training.

9. Nitramine by Myokem

  • 500mg Agmatine Sulfate
  • And much more...

It's strong in the focus department, and great for making muscles fuller.

Nitramine does an amazing job enhancing and producing a tunnel-like focus that is intense.

You could stack this with Hemavo2, you'll get some INTENSE pumps and endurance! Read the review here.

Pros

  • High Quality Ingredients
  • Great Pumps
  • Smooth Energy

Cons

  • Can Be Too Strong
  • Avoid Using At Night

8. PreCre by Muscle Elements

Ingredients:

  • 10g Cyclic Dextrin
  • 5g Creatine
  • 3.7g Betaine Anhydrous, Beta-Alanine, Creatinol-O-Phosphate
  • And much more...

Pre workouts are divided by concentrated and performance enhancers, but PreCre is a combination of both.

Loaded with carbs, nitric oxide, muscle builders, creatine, and a whole bunch of energy, you'll likely stick to this pre workout for a long time to come.

Some ingredients are under dosed if you're taking 1 scoop, like betaine anhydrous is at 1.5g, and 1.2g of beta alanine.

Every single scoop has 24 grams, so you would be getting 48 grams of active ingredients with two scoops.

PreCre is it's own category of pre workout as it's well balanced, full of muscle builders and can potentially be a all-in-one supplement as it's got all the basics (creatine, beta alanine, betaine).

The only downside is that it doesn't have BCAA's which would make it even better.

7. Pinnacle by Northbound Nutrition

Ingredients:

  • 8g Citrulline Malate
  • 4g Carnosyn Beta Alanine
  • 3.5g Creatine Mono
  • 2.5g Betaine Anhydrous
  • 1.5g L-Tyrosine
  • 325mg Organic Caffeine
  • 300mg AlphaSize
  • And much more....

Move out the way mass building pre workouts, there's a new pre in town and it's not showing any signs of weaknesses.

Pinnacle is a mostly disclosed formula that combines ergogenic aids with nitric oxide boosters and mind enhancing ingredients like AlphaSize.

Most of these "fully loaded" pre workouts are not going to have anymore than 3.2 grams of beta alanine, you'll most probably see 2 grams if you're lucky.

Not Pinnacle.

It has 4 grams of the itchy stuff!

So if you've never taken over 3 grams in one sitting, you will either love or hate the tingling sensation going through your body.

It also packs 8 grams citrulline malate (highest amount we've seen), 3.2g creatine (enough for the day), and 2.5g of betaine anhydrous for added strength and size benefits.

How does that sound for a drink that'll boost a little bit of your performance?

6. ALTIUS by Jacked Factory

Ingredients:

  • 8g Citrulline Malate
  • 3.2g Beta Alanine
  • 3g Creatine
  • 2.5g Betaine Anhydrous
  • 325mg Caffeine
  • 150mg Alpha-GPC

ALTIUS is all over the best sellers list on Amazon, but it's not because they've created a one 5 gram scooper for you take and overdose on.

Jacked Factory, the company behind the pre workout, has created something that can not only increase endurance and strength but overall performance as well.

It jams 8 grams of citrulline malate (higher than most pre workouts) with a full days dose of beta alanine (3.2g) and betaine anhydrous for strength and size.

The focus blend is a bit short but to the point with 150mg Alpha-GPC and 325mg of caffeine.

This makes it a great pre workout for someone who wants something simple but super effective.

It also tastes great even though it uses natural sweeteners and flavoring (stevia), most pre workouts that try natural flavoring just plain taste bitter!

From the 7 simple performing boosting ingredients to the natural flavoring, this is a pre workout to stock up on like doomsday was coming.

5. C4 Ultimate by Cellucor

Ingredients:

  • 6g Citrulline Malate
  • 3.2 Beta Alanine
  • 1.5g Creatine Nitrate
  • 1.5g Betaine Anhydrous
  • 1.5g Nitrosigine
  • 300mg Caffeine
  • And much more....

Everyone knows C4 for being the ultimate pre workout for pumps and a bit of energy.

It's labeling has been over the top with it's shiny-ness and marketing, you'd wonder if you're really paying for the servings or the hype.

C4 Ultimate kicks it off differently though. It's more than just creatine nitrate and a bunch of stimulants.

They've taken all the best features of their previous C4's and made it into a whole new pre workout that takes things to the next level.

Like most fully dosed pre workouts, it starts off strong with 6 grams of citrulline, packs a full days dose of beta alanine (3.2g) and has a mix of nitric oxide boosters that'll only make your pumps last longer and hit harder.

This is a true one scooper unlike their previous C4's. If it wasn't for their big prop blend, we'd place this higher on the list.

4. Perform Kinetics by ATP Nutrition

Ingredients:

  • 6g Citrulline Malate
  • 1.5g Hydromax
  • 1g Agmatine
  • 600mg N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine
  • 2g Creatinol-O-Phosphate
  • 2g Taurine
  • 250mg Caffeine (blend)
  • 100mg TeaCrine
  • 750mcg Alpha-Yohimbine
  • And much more....

Perform Kinetics is made by a company that you probably never ever heard of.

ATP, or Aspire Train Perform, has produced one of the best pre workouts and it doesn't even contain any exotic stims (like DMHA or DMAA for that matter).

Recovery and Stress

Now what makes this pre workout different is that it contains Rhodiola Rosea, a strong adaptogen to help you combat stress and speed up recovery.

You'll also find yourself recovering much quicker with the help of N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine and Creatinol-O-Phosphate (which will help delay that burn you get from performing multiple reps).

Stimulants

There's also a big dose of TeaCrine (100mg) as it's usually dosed at only 50mg (and it's a super expensive ingredient!).

You'll get some long lasting energy from this for sure.

The nitric oxide blend is packed with 4 different kinds to get you all kinds of pumps and for a long period of time too.

If you do not want beta alanine or creatine in your pre workout but want something to help you not only feel good but motivated and strong, you'll love Perform Kinetics.

Overall, you'll most likely keep coming back to this pre workout as it seems to live up to it's claims...

3. Pre Kaged by Kaged Muscle

Ingredients:

  • 6.5g L-Citrulline
  • 6.5g BCAA's
  • 1.6g Beta-Alanine
  • 2g Betaine Anhydrous
  • 2g Taurine
  • 500mg Coconut Water
  • 274 Organic Caffeine
  • And much more...

Pre-Kaged is packed with all kinds of ingredients that'll get you feeling like Superman's adopted son but in a good way.

Why 274mg of caffeine? Any more than that then you'll be more likely to feel anxious and edgy.

So it's great if you don't want feel too cracked up after a workout.

Pros

  • Fully dosed ingredients
  • Natural sourced ingredients (fermented)
  • Strong endurance and pumps
  • Great energy
  • Antioxidants & green blend

Cons

  • Expensive

2. PreSeries Bulk By Transparent Labs

Ingredients:

  • 21 Active Fully Dosed Ingredients
  • 6g of Citrulline Malate
  • 1.3g of Taurine
  • 60mg of L-Norvaline
  • Creatine-free

This is a pre workout that should be way lower in the list but the price is just so high (you do get what you pay for...).

(Make sure you use this 10% off coupon: FITFREK )

It's understandable because it's literally loaded with muscle building ingredients.

PreSeries Bulk is a supp you'll keep buying over and over again, as it contains ergogenics that do not need cycling.

It's not "buy it once, get the crack-energy, and build up tolerence" kind of deal.

It's jam packed with massive doses of ingredients like 6 grams of citrulline malate, 4 grams of beta alanine, 4 grams of BCAA's, 2.5 grams of betaine anhydrous, and a whole lot more.

Not to mention the energy aspect, it has 500mg of choline, 180mg of caffeine, and a little bit of theanine for Jedi-like focus.

Pros

  • Clinically dosed ingredients
  • Strength and muscle gains
  • Focus and energy

Cons

  • Not available everywhere
  • Limited flavors

1. Pre Extreme by NutraBio

Ingredients:

  • 15g Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin (ClusterDextrin)
  • 6g Citrulline Malate
  • 2.5g Beta-Alanine
  • 3g Creatine
  • 1g Agmatine Sulfate
  • 750mg Nitrosigine
  • And much more...

(Use this coupon code for 5% off: FITFREK5 )

NutraBio is making it look super easy.

With what they've done with Pre-Extreme, it's quite amazing as it has quality ingredients with fully disclosed information (even the fillers are disclosed!).

For energy, it's all going to come to how much you can handle because this has got a mix of 500mg of stimulants, or it probably wouldn't be called "Extreme"

If you can handle that, then you're in for a mighty fine treat.

You'll get some swole on as it has 3 different nitric oxide ingredients which includes agmatine (1g), citrulline malate (yields to 4g pure citrulline), and 750mg of nitrosigine.

Multiple Muscle Building Ingredients!

There's also betaine anhydrous (1.5g), creatine (2g) and 3.5 grams of leucine. You may add in some extra creatine to get your fully days worth but you'll still destroy your workout with this.

The thing that we love about this is that it's got 15 grams of cyclic dextrin (carbs) which helps with gylcogen, making it perfect for those early morning workouts if you don't have time to load up with breakfast!

Staple Pre Workout

The only pre workout you'll buy over and over again.

This is one of those pre workouts that'll give you that mental and physical boost for every single one of your workouts.

It's packed with ergogenic aids so cycling is not really required unless you're cycling caffeine of course.

Pros

  • Gets you in the zone
  • No proprietary blends
  • Well rounded formula
  • 36 grams of active ingredients per serving
  • Long lasting energy, endurance and performance

Cons

  • Expensive (but well rounded supplement)
  • Not available as widely as mainstream pre's

The Best Pre Workout Ingredients For Muscle And Strength Gains

There's more to pre workouts than caffeine, you know.

While it'd be awesome to imagine some magical wizardary behind some of those prop blends (ahem... Unless it's Craze by Driven Sports), it's just not going to happen.

So knowing what ingredients are needed to maximize your results is the first step to not throwing money at your local GNC, hoping their suggestions aren't really commission-based, but by understanding the basics of what works (and what has been working for decades).

What's In Your Pre Workout Formula?

Looking at the scoop size is the last thing you want to do because that doesn't matter if half of it is just inactive ingredients (fillers and flavoring).

Look at Pre-Kaged for example...

Pre Kaged looks impressive, doesn't it?

Every scoop is packed with 32 grams of performance boosting ingredients....

Hang on a second...

We did the math and there's actually 23.11 grams of active ingredients in here. With the 3 grams of carbs, that's 26 grams, so 6 grams of fillers and flavoring?

No ones really bragging about the carbs in here so what's really the carb source?

In the "other ingredients", it includes: natural flavors, malic acid, beet root powder (color), sunflower lecithin, citric acid, sea salt, stevia, sucralose, silicon dioxide, calcium silicate.

Sunflower lecithin is the carb source here and it's used as a filler which isn't bad since its a non-GMO (so it's natural).

What's this really mean to you?

Not to pick on Pre Kaged, as it's a great pre workout, but when people refer it as the 32 gram serving, they are misinformed and probably don't know there's a massive 10 gram content full of fillers and flavoring!

Best And Most Effective Pre Workout Ingredients

What Are The Trends For Pre Workouts?

There are no doubts that we as supplement users are becoming smarter, especially the skinny guys.

We know what to look for and we know 5 gram scoopers that require 3 scoops for complete benefits is complete B.S.

These pre workouts work, and they do what they are promised.

Supplements like Pre-Jym will continue to rise, and tiny stim heavy scoopers that provide no benefits other than a long stim break with 18 hour sleep days because of the high doses of stimulants, will continue to decline in popularity (unless it’s like Craze with amphetamines).

Remember why you're getting a pre workout: to make muscle gains and get the most out of your workouts. It's not to drain the heck out of ya. As a hardgainer, it's essential to know which supplement to get and what not to get.

I’m not sure why you would need more than one scoop from a pre workout as it just gets hella expensive keeping up with the supply.

Pre-Jym might be expensive, but you get what you pay for and you don’t need to take more than one scoop.

Be smart; don’t fall for the 80 serving’s pre workout that require 3 times the servings for the benefits.

Gaining muscle is a long process, but not a complicated one. Believe in yourself, use supplements wisely, not as a supporting cane.

So go ahead, leave a comment below, let me know what you think of these pre workouts or if I missed any...
